Creative File Delivery Checklist Please ensure that creative files meet the following specifications: Supported formats: .MOV (H264 codec) or JPEG. 20 second slot length, 25 frames per second. 1920 x 1200 resolution. 16:10 aspect ratio. No larger than 2GB. Any full-motion ads will need a Harding Certificate. *To deliver files larger than 15MB please use an alternative file sharing system such as WeTransfer. Need to Know The DX3 format is unable to support video with sound. As DX3 is a projection, lighter/brighter colours appear clearer than darker, low contrast colours. We also suggest not using solid white or black as a background. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept any creative with images or videos of doors opening. Creative Opportunities There are three main ways of using the format: 1. Creating a single video file, which displays the same content each time the loop plays. 2. Creating multiple video files which are scheduled to play: A different version every time the loop changes; By day-part, allowing specific messages for the morning, afternoon or evening; By day of the week. 3. The screen is dynamic-enabled and capable of updating content using Live feeds and social news feeds – but these will need to be moderated by Exterion Media and TfL. Additional files are charged at £100 net each. If any additional scheduling is required once the campaign has gone live, this will incur a charge of £100 net per format.
