• Spend 10 minutes at your staff meeting or support group asking people what they think of services

• Record your groups issues and concerns• Spend 10 minutes completing a feedback

form, and send this to Healthwatch• Attend a half day of training

People living with poor mental health are significantly more likely to experience a home

fireVolunteers want to speak to your groups to encourage members to sign up for a free Home Fire Safety Visits, where Fire Fighters come to your home and give life saving advice. They devise personalised escape plans and night time routines and provide free equipment to help you stay safe.
