Report scenarios with SAP BW Front-
end Tools (Bex, Business Objects 4.0)
• Maintenance and optimization of
existing applications and interfaces
(Support)

Your responsibilities
• Analysing, optimization and support of existing global business
processes and interfaces by applying your business process know-
how across all business processes, (i.e. Sales, SCM and FICO)
• Collaboration & consultancy within the global IT team regarding

strategy
• Support international roll-outs of Hilti’s global template and also new

IT Infrastructure Support Specialist
Your responsibilities
Provide 1st level support to end-users and local IT departments in all general and
technical issues in all Hilti Asia Pacific organizations.
Identify and handle users inquiries via remedy, e-mails and phone calls by providing
guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
Improve User Help Desk processes.
Partner with other Hilti cross-functional teams (global Engineering and the local IT
teams) to provide the appropriate IT technologies to increase operational efficiencies.
Maintain accurate IT documentation.
Your profile
Bachelor Degree in IT / Business Administration
Familiar with MS-Win O/S, MS Office, Basic LAN, PC hardware/software, etc.
Strong team player and support attitude
Capability to work independently
Able to analyze & solve a wide variety of incidents & problems
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English is a MUST

IT Network Specialist
Your responsibilities
• Ensure an efficient, secure and stable network infrastructure environment according
to Hilti standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Global WAN, Domestic WAN and Local area networks in all
Hilti Asia Pacific organizations.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support to end-users and local IT departments in all network
related issues.
• Partner with other Hilti cross-functional teams (global Engineering and the local IT
teams) to provide the appropriate IT technologies to increase operational efficiencies.
(Participate in global network engineering projects)
• Maintain accurate network documentation.
Your profile
• Bachelor’s Degree / Master in Computer Science, or Telecommunications Network, or
equivalent.
• 2-3 years as network administrator / network engineer
• CCNA certified preferred.
• Skilled in network security and planning.
• Experience in router and switch installation, configuration and troubleshooting in large
Enterprise network environment.
• Experience in implementation and upgrades of LAN, WAN and VoIP solutions.
• Strong team player and support attitude

Your responsibilities
Architecture, design, implementation and support of the technical layer of Hilti’s
Software landscape
Installation of all enterprise application software products, incl. updates and upgrades.
(e.g. SAP, Oracle, Stibo, Broadvision, Scanview, Streamserve, etc.)
Tools and utilities installation, setup and support (e.g. Perforce, Control-M, Remedy, in
house utilities, etc)
Setup of technical configurations of the core enterprise level applications SW products
Performance tuning of technical SW components
2nd level support for core enterprise level application SW products technology
Development of concepts and solutions to operate high available systems
Your Profile
Familiar with large SAP system landscapes on Unix and Oracle
Substantiated Unix/Linux, Oracle DB and SAP Technology skills
Bachelor Degree in IT
Fluent in English (verbally and written)
Team player
Skill to lead IT technology projects
