Howard Medical’s family of software tools can enhance the functionality of your mobile cart fl eet by simplifying manage-ment and monitoring. These utilities allow effi cient administra-tion of Howard cart locking and power systems. Complete enterprise level fl eet management tools provide meaningful data to optimize cart utilization and performance.• Our Med Display application allows a user to fully control,

update, and administer all of a cart’s electronic drawer functions from the local PC. This includes editing the cart’s user list as well as local settings, such as cart name, serial number, relock timeout, and

drawer confi guration. The simple user interface provides an on screen keypad and visual drawer status to alert the user of any open drawers after relock.

• The Med Manager server application can communicate with the Med Display client, enabling an administrator to manage all carts remotely. User lists, cart profi les, and drawer access history can all be easily viewed and updated through the convenient Med Manager web user interface.

• Med Audit represents the comprehensive drawer access logs that can be retrieved and viewed through the Med

Manager UI. These logs allow detailed tracking of what user ID’s accessed the cart and the status of each drawer at relock.

• The OneClick application is a simple, one button user interface for environments where desktop permissions are used to govern cart access. Users can ulock the cart directly after signing into their custom desktop, and drawer access history is recoreded for each user account.

LifeCARE

Software tools enhance the utility of Howard Medical’s Pow-erMax 150 power system. This software suite includes three applications that supply varying degrees of functionality, ranging from a simple on-screen battery level fuel gauge to comprehen-sive enterprise level remote management and alerts.• Power System Remote Monitoring (PSRM) software

provides fl eet level power monitoring, troubleshooting, and inventory management for Howard Medical Carts. Admin-istrators can set custom thresholds for cart power data and receive alarms through email groups, as well as the PSRM web user interface.

• Clinical Assistant displays vital information about the cart power system on the PC screen in a concise, non-intrusive manner. Admistrators can customize on screen battery status messages, reminding the user to recharge the cart or allow it to charge fully before use.

• The Power Display client application retrieves detailed power and status data from the cart, and presents it through an eas-ily accessible web service. This data can be viewed remotely on the customer’s network, and includes charging history, estimated cart runtime and battery health.
