In the beginning..

The beginning of all of our processing is the word. Or words, rather - actually excessively large amountsof them. Totals of words beyond all reason. These then are distilled down into a thick syrupy mass andplaced in an inadequate visual display and from there interpretation proceeds. Well, sort of.

Just the 'static' bits such as data bases are large, and to a surprising extent, dynamic. The changing natureof our lexicon was an unexpected part of our processing. It requires constant tuning as the 'emotionalquantifiers' placed on the words change over time, as well as usage. Ever notice how some words andphrases get 'burned out' by excessive popular usage? As though they had no real emotional legs and bythe time that the mainstream media grabs hold of them, or now, by the time they have been round the neta few times their emotional 'cache' has diminished and they fade away? Well, Igor and I sure notice suchlinguistic flows as we have to then adjust whatever emotional values that we had placed on that word orphrase and which has now had its emotional 'tonality' altered. Such tuning of the lexicon is quite tediousand as may be imagined requires a significant level of feedback with testing to even come close to

obtaining a decent emotional representation within the confines of numbers.

Speaking of numbers, when the interpretation refers to an entity or lexical structure {note: a lexicalstructure is a collection of descriptor sets} as being 'fully populated' or 'complete and correct' in beingpopulated, it means that the current data set has a representation within it for a required number ofcontexts which go into entity definition. So as an instance, there are nearly 20/twenty thousand contextswithin the Bushista entity definition. These are composed of nearly 50/fifty thousand words. But not all

of the contexts will be found by the spyders at any given point within the processing, and so an arbitraryper centage has been set at 64/sixty-four percent for the Bushista entity in order to consider that it hasbeen 'minimally constituted'. This is an important distinction as when the times, and emotional waveswithin the populace change, it is possible for entities to also change. We have several large changeswithin entities already showing for 2007. So far these include our Markets entity, specifically the sub setfor 'global markets' which apparently undergoes a large scale redefinition over the course of this comingSummer {June solstice to September equinox}.

Some of the entities involved within our modelspace are detailed in the table below. The entities areactually rather numerous, but many are either small, and thus rarely reported upon, or primarily used as'supporting confirmation' for movements shown in larger entities. Some entities are so large, such as

Terra entity, that the modelspace has to be dumped and reloaded to clear space for its display. Thisnecessitates a rather tedious process for look ups on the cross links to other, not currently loaded,entities.

Some particulars of interest include that our data sets are constructed on a lunar month calendar. We usethe sidereal lunar month as opposed to the synodic since humans inherently seem to be synchronized, atleast linguistically, to the 27.321 day length month. The ALTA report series is built around amodelspace which extends out 1.618 lunar years from the incept date. Our lunar year contains 13 lunar,

sidereal months for a 'year' length of 355.173 days. Our modelspace extends out to 575 days from thefirst date of processing for details on that ALTA series, for a total of 1.57 solar years of 365.25 dayseach. Not that any of this will be on the test later. But it sometimes does surface in interpretation ofparticular event/condition predictions.

Meta Data Layers

Meta data layers are linguistic concepts which meet the criteria of 'dominating' the modelspace, andbeing 'fully populated'. By 'dominating modelspace' we are referring to these lexical structures appearing

in all major entities and some minor. Further the lexical structure must also be contributing to the'emotional tension direction' in that it must represent the majority emotional 'force' of the emotionalsums at that point in processing. In other words, the lexical structure of a meta data layer, within anentity, must be sympathetic to the general trend of the emotional tension of the entity as a whole, eithernegative or positive. Also the meta data layer will be 'fully populated' in a 'correct and complete' fashion.This is geek-speak for having all of the elements within the context at the core of the meta data layer berepresented within the entity. Thus if there are 2000/two-thousand primary element descriptors to'duality', then the 'duality' aspect is considered to be participating within the formation of a meta datalayer in any given entity if it meets the 2/two criteria of 'domination' by its impact on the entities'emotional summations, as well as having all elements of the context for the meta data layer be found

excludes any 'officially denied' contexts for [space]related subjects.

This entity is forming from the 'self organizingcollective' meme which has been in the ALTA reportsfor a number of years. The entity is a proxy for those[new forms] of [social grouping] which result from theaggregation of individual responses to the continuing

biospheric degradation.

Meta data layers are not visible within our display. These are dominating aspects/attribute sets which are'active' or 'rising' within a number of entities, yet the lexical sets are based on the same core set. Furtherdefinition for a meta data layer requires that the lexical structure relate back to one of the 'primeemotional sets' within the lexicon. These are sets which, as a rule, contain lots of bespoke emotionwords for aspects and even supporting attribute details. Such words would be 'fear', 'elation', 'confusion',

and other words or phrases which can broadly be thought of as describing either an emotion, or a mentalstate *resulting* from emotional impacts to the human system. The meta data layers are composed ofthese sorts of aspect/attributes in their descriptor sets. Further, the same lexical structure, arranged in thesame hierarchical fashion must be on a 'rise' in emotional summations within many of the larger entitiesin order to be considered as a candidate for meta data status.

When we note that a meta data layer is 'going vertical' within an entity, it is a representation that themeta data layer is now driving all of the emotional summations in its primary direction. As illustratedwithin the chart below, the meta data layer first appears within an entity and then is filled, or populatedover time. It then starts cross linking over to other entities which magnifies its impact on the emotionalsums within each entity that comes under its influence, as well as also gaining in influence within

entities in which it already exists.

When an entity has 1/one or more meta data layers vertical, it means that the lexical structures whichthereafter accrue to that entity are interpreted as though being modified by the meta data layers.

As is shown within the chart above, a general 'release period' is expected to consist of an overalldownward trend line composed of various steps of rising, then falling below the previous low levels, andonward until all of the pent up emotional states are/have been expressed. It is not unusual to have manybuilding periods of some significance within a release period, as is illustrated within the months of Maythrough July of 2007 on the chart above. As may be expected, a building emotional trend line should be

composed of a similar, if reversed set of steps creating a general upward movement. The chart aboveshows the next large building period as a very distinct exception to our usual fare in that it has only2/two release events within it, and they are both very small relative to the totality of the build. Highlyunusual. Unique so far in point of fact. The other building portions of the trend line illustrated, which isto say, prior to March 8th 2007, and after January 20th 2008, show repeated release episodes within theover all trend.

As had been forecast, the shift into the building emotional trend period of September 19th, was[currency] focused. We had anticipated the [mind set shift] on the part of the populace toward things ofa [personal economic] nature such as [food, shelter/rent/mortgage] as being the dominating element of

the building emotional period. It appears that the forecast [usofa dollar, near-death-experience] is stillunderway. Who knew it would take so long? However both the meme and the manifesting realitycontinue to persist. This last is indicated bythe continuing association withSpaceGoatFarts as opposed to thesame descriptor set withinThePowersThatBe entity.Supposition is that the "best laidplans of aliens and men, aft gangaglay".

The [earthquake quivering period]is still building values in the longerterm sets. This may be indicative of

Terra fungus amongst us

This area of rising 'environmental'alterations to the planetary'biozone' continues to grow. It hasbeen characterized as 'fungusamongst us' as there will be theappearance, and forced coping,with new forms of 'fungalintrusions' into human/plant/animal

life. The hopeful cynic wishes that'fungus' would also be irritating tothe space aliens as well.

Mostly visible as rolling shutdownsof electrical distribution system.Indications are for a 'regionaloutage' which is [never adequatelyexplained], and thereafter a verymuch elevated 'near daily'manifestation of [blackouts].Though short lived, these

[blackouts] will be verytroublesome.

Terra Land rising

Indicated for the extreme southernoceans including the very southernportion of the Pacific, the landrising aspect has elements whichare suggestive of an emergence in2008. Remains to be seen, but achange in accretion patterns isdefinitively taking place.

Terra transformation(s)

This set is participating in the

'transformations' meta data layer,and is also directly held within theTerra entity and is suggesting that[rising lands] will [alter/transform]the [global oceans/currents]. Thisin turn is shown as [transforming]the global weather.

This set is continuing to accruedata in immediacy, shorter term,

and longer term values. The ratiosare suggestive of a 'quickening' or'approaching' of the event itself.Our best possible estimate is late2008, or early 2009. We *think*our timing clues are good at thispoint.

This set continues to grow in Terra,and via cross links inPopulace/USofA, and GlobalPop,as well as Markets entity. Longterm values accrual rates would*seemingly* indicate an early 2009timeframe.

continuing. The [quavers]earthquakes are 5 to 7 on the scaleare indicated to approach a[multiplicity daily] at some point inthe series. Seemingly related to*both* the incoming [spacegoatfart

energies from space] as well as tothe [melting of the glaciers].Further as the [space energies]accelerate the [melting] they alsoincrease the [quaver tones] for theplanet. This series is shown asincreasing to [multiple points ofdamage daily] due to [quaverquakes].

Terra volcano

Most likely in the northern

hemisphere, this volcano is shownas a temporal marker for manyfollowing events. It will not besubtle, the data shows that thevolcano will disrupt or totally shutdown northern hemisphere airtravel for several days. Followingwill be [isolating earthquakes] withvery large scale infrastructuredamage including the [destruction]

Errors - The How of the Dao

The technology of radical linguistics is fraught with potential for errors, large and small.

There are several ways in which the processing flow of the data can, and does cause errors. As aninstance, we might see within the immediacy values that a giant 'space slug' is headed our way and willhave [visible] values sufficient to hint at global mediastream coverage. So we say, "great", as Igor is

fond of giant space slugs, but the question is when? This is where the processing can impact ourpredictions most easily. The immediacy values get processed, as noted, a [giant space slug] appearswithin the aspect/attribute sets. So we think that the appearance is imminent as the data was within theimmediacy values. Then, to check our timing, we run the same source set from the shorter term valuesets, and find *no* [space slug] references. Therefore we infer that the [space slug] manifestation will beall visible, and finished within the 3/three days to 3/three weeks which is the range of the immediacyvalue set. We think this due to *not* finding [space slug] aspect/attribute sets accruing in the shorterterm value sets. However, the processing could defeat us, in that there are several weeks of processing oshorter term value sets in toto, and we may have actually missed some key component of the processingset for [space slug] when we did our referential integrity check to determine the timing clues. This hashappened in the past, and typically comes to light a couple of weeks later when more of the shorter termsets have been processed. At that point we would then realize that our predictions of an 'immediate'

appearance of [space slugs] is off in timing. And it could be waaaay off in that the data sets maycontinue to accrue into the longer term values sets, and therefore what we *thought* was going to be aump out into our faces [giant space slug] sighting turns out to be over 8/eight months away.

The other processing method artifact which can and does gnaw on our interpretations is when severaldiscrete instances of a common meme all show up in the same data set. Thus the earthquake predictionsof 2004 focused on the west coast of the USofA, and did capture accurately things like the [evacuationof the courthouse] during a [trial with major publicity] {ed note: the Peterson trial in CA}, and alsocaptured the [300 thousand dead], and the [region thrown back to a previous age], and the [force/electricdriven water], all of which were associated with the Sumatran tsunami, however we had these as allbeing in the same 'event sequence'. That is to say that what were words about 2/two separate earthquake

events on opposite sides of the planet were mistaken as referring to a single sequence of events on thewest coast of the USofA. The prediction was corrected *after* the earthquake which disrupted thePeterson trial as a result of our continuing to accrue values around the other words including the [300thousand dead], and the [region thrown back to a previous age]. In addition, it was actually in October of2004 that we first picked up the [force/electric driven water] which we mistakenly interpreted as a'storm' which was temporally associated with the [earthquake]. This was due to the word 'tsunami' *not*having been modeled prior to that time.

Then, sometimes we simply screw up by being fascinated with a particular sub set of the linguisticswhich proves to be meaningless, and miss the more obvious [space slug attack] as our attention was

at nearly total levels of a majornorth/south corridor/roadway withaccompanying electrical conduits.

Terra wind storms

Wind damages, most probablyfrom tornadoes are shown as[dominating] whole areas of the

[usofa] over winter. The damagesare severe enough to cause[repairs] to ttake [years].

Biospheric degradation is increasing stresses on all continent sized infrastructures. An effective level ofresponse at the individual level goes toward the idea of preparation. In this case 'preparation' is very closely related to 'cache' and 'stores' aswell as time concepts which may extend out a lifetime, but are expressed even then as 'extra-ordinaryconditions'. The context is easily framed as 'event + continuance' which the 'prepared' person is able to'replace' their current creature comfort life with an approximation, although it may take a bit more work.Hmm. Now let's think about that for a minute? Nope, probably better not as the idea of a 'personalpreparation' and longevity *apart* from a cooperative group is meaningless. That is to say, so what if the

loner 'survives', who is there to care? What is required is more participative cooperative 'life choices'.No, not because of 'global warming' and some supposed human to climate change connection, but ratheras an exercise in sustainability at the personal-which-can-translate-to-group level. The Wing is a goodexample of 'personal electrical preparations' as thinking in the bounds of a 'life span, and life choices'.Consider what would happen if millions of humans had wings?

The continuing global meme of biospheric degradation gains more traction with [visible] manifestationssuch as the melting of the Greenland glaciers in 'Niagara falls' sized internal torrents. As we hadspeculated at the beginning of the last release period (March 8, 2007), the end of that time of releaselanguage would bring the manifestation of the 'altered mindset'. We now are seeing the 'mind set' of theglobal populace altered in several key areas including [weather/climate change], and [currency, usofa

dollar]. In both cases the 'contexts' of the ALTA 1207 series are now being superceded by manifestingmemes within the global internet community. As we noted in our Spring of 2007 series, the lexiconneeded to be changed to reflect the emerging changes within the social order which would bemanifesting after Summer of 2007. We are now able to see the [emergence] of the 'mind set change'relative to the [biosphere] with recent events including the Nobel prize going to A. Gore for his take on'global warming'. While we had been expecting the change in mental perception of the globalenvironment to change within the populace, we had not though it would extend into the [ruling elite] sorapidly. The Gore Nobel prize must be considered within the context of the populace manifesting itsown change of view point. That the Gore prize aware harmonizes with, and attempts to direct, thisglobal wave should not be underestimated in terms of its various levels of 'green' meanings.

Terra - Bowls, Tolls, Water Slides

The extensive Southeastern USofA [drought] has resulted from the [banding] that had been forecastwithin the modelspace nearly 2/two years ago. The descriptors at the time had suggested that globallythe weather would tend to cluster about a series of bands, each of which terminated at the poles. Thisvertical, relative to the polar regions of the planet, orientation was [twisted] by the rotation into diagonalbands which, as an instance, seemed to slice the continental USofA into 3/three bands, west, mid center,and east. The banding has continued to exert its influence although the banding has increased itsdiagonal orientation markedly. The weather over the SE which has produced the all time recorddroughts, or our century's version of the dust bowl extends out into the Atlantic and towards northwestern EU zone. The conditions being encountered at sea off the SE coast of the USofA replicate theunusual wind and lack of rain as is seen throughout the hard hit SE.

There are specificsupporting sets which go to the idea of [innovation] arising from the conditions, so the cycle will last atleast long enough for [visible] in the global mediastream reports of wide spread [water conservation/use][innovations] to appear.

There are also continuing aspect/attributes accruing to Terra entity which are pointing to a[divine/spiritual winds] {ed note: 'kama kazi' as in the 'divine winds' which saved feudal Japan from theMongol Kahn's invasion force?} and the [toll/price/cost] to be [paid] in [blood/bile] and [possessions].In keeping with the pointers toward a [north american] [wind season] with large level of [infrastructuredamage], the modelspace is continuing to show via accrual rates that the [wind damage] will be both

significant and on-going throughout the [winter]. Further, and specifically focused on the [tornado]problems, the data is suggesting that this [result/outcome/finale] of the [march of tornadoes] will be[record setting] at a level [unseen/unimagined] prior to this year.

We need to note that the last of the 0508 longer term data sets included a large jump in support for the[global coastal event] as well as [Antarctica] linked descriptors. The contexts are continuing to grow inareas noted in the BaseKnowledege article. These include the idea that [rising lands/undersea's

volcanoes] will emerge over the next [12/twelve] months to produce a [total alteration] of the globaloceanic current structure. This will have its own set of impacts which may be predictable, but we note itwill also be joined by [glacial slides] during this time which will further move biospheric climate andocean change to new, and unexpected levels of impact on humans.

GlobalPop - Dead Pope(s), Undead Secrets

The GlobalPop entity has confirmed by continuing accretion of aspect/attributes to the supporting sets,that a [pope of power] will [die], most probably of [liver/bile poisoning] as a result of the[emergence/manifestation] of the [secrets revealed] meta data layer and the [unleashing/breaking] of the[dam/container] of [secrets]. The modelspace is clearly painting a picture of a [process] of

[disembowelment/turning_outside_in] and as part of the [process] the [power pope] is [discoveredcomatose/dead]. This [discovery] will itself be [questioned] as the meme propelling the[church/organized religion] will be the [secrets revealed] meta data layer. The modelspace is alsopointing to this upcoming release period as the [emergence] point for this process.

There are also indications that [fire] and [disaster] will be [winter] fare for the [pontificate] and its[citizens] and curiously, and specifically, its [slaves]. The data sets are accruing from the immediacyvalues of this series in similar proportions to the longer term data sets from the previous series, and soare being taken as a reinforcing of the meme that [disaster] will over take the [infrastructure/order] ofthe [church], most probably initially as a [sparked fire] which is described as [letting loose] or [freeing]the [bouchon/cork] which [controls] the [flow/access] to the [secret repository].

There are supporting sets pointing to the [arrogance] of the [power pope] which will[precipitate/catalyze] the [rapid transit]. This last is bound up with the [death] meme, as well as beingvery heavily cross linked over to Terra entity where many of the links terminated in the [spiritualwinds/kamikaze] sub set. These may be linked temporally as well as linguistically. The data is indicatingthat [bile/liver] will be involved somehow in the [spiritual wind/kamikaze] component to the [deadpope], and is suggesting, at least at a supporting level, that [liver poisoning] will be the [undoing] of the[power(s) in place]. This last is extensively linked over to the ThePowersThatBe entity, and has veryhigh [visibility] values suggesting that the global mediastream will be participating in the [liver/bile]links to upcoming [internal shake-ups/reorganizations].

The [church] sub set is heavily supported by [transformation] aspect/attribute sets which are also

participating in the [transformation] and [duality] meta data layers. The [vatican, vaticus/sorcerer] subset is filling with supporting sets pointing to [internal revolution], and [external assault]. Of these, the[internal revolution] has the highest [fear] summations, and is growing the fastest. There are indicationsthat the [death of the pope] will [bring (internal) chaos], and [external rigidity] to the [infrastructure] asit is described as [rotting (from) disease under the bare feet].

The internally held values for a [spiritual wind] or [kamikaze] within the GlobalPop as well as thePopulace/USofA are indicating that the manifestation of the [death of religion] meme is rapidlymarching toward [visibility]. There are repeated descriptor sets with the [spiritual

Again there arereferences within both populace entities to the [transit] of a [female personality] from [south america] tothe [northern hemisphere] which will be increasingly [visible] and which will be associated by theglobal mediastream with the larger meme of [spiritual alteration] of humans.

Populace/USofA - Twigs Snap, KamiKaze Bucks, Maritime Disaster Redeux, Retreat

The last of the longer term data sets from ALTA 0508 contained references to a [twig snapping] whichwill [set in motion/contribute/initiate] an [infrastructure collapse]. This appears to reference a [largebridge/binding] which will [fail] due to a [single point/small twig/central item]. The indications are for aNovember time frame with a [north america] location. The data sets are pointing toward this [highbranch twig] as being [parted] under [cold stresses], and then a [cascading run/flow] which will [bringdown (the) structure]. The [collapsing structure] is [mountain] associated, and is [near] to the [source of

underground waters]. The conditions at the time of the [collapse] are described as [foggy] though [cold].It is also possible that the [foggy] descriptor should actually be interpreted as [snowing/white-out] givenboth the secondary values within the set, as well as the [high mountains] association with the[bridge/binding]. The descriptor sets include references to the [sounds] of the [collapse] being[mistaken/perceive d_incorrectly] for [thunder]. This last is shown as being some [miles distant], andhaving [visibility] within the global mediastream reports of the incident. There are deep linguisticassociations between [gold] and [sand] and this [bridge/binding]. It would not be surprising to discovereither or both words are within the local or proper names for the structure. The data sets indicate somelevel of [personal risk] and [drama] surrounding the collapse, but also are pointing to [successfulencounters/extractions] via a [high mountain trail].

As noted in other entity discussions, a recently risen theme is the [spiritual winds], or [kamikaze] as wehave labeled the meme. This is showing as directly producing the [loss of money] as has beenpreviously predicted to affect the [infrastructure of the USofA] over Fall. The confirmation from boththe last of the 0508 data sets as well as the continuing accretion of values to the sets from 0708 are indirect support for the idea of a [spiritual wind] which will be associated with the coming actual [winds]as well as the [loss of money]. This last aspect/attribute set contains support for [millions of smallparticles] which will [combine] to [scrub (the) landscape]. This has been part of the supporting layers forthe [usofa dollar, near-death-experience] which has been forecast since December of 2006, and iscurrently manifesting. Much of the building tension language within the global mediastream currentlydoes contain [dollar] references which are associated with all sorts of [fear] based tension buildingwords.

Also internally cross linked into both the [small particles, in their millions] and the [dollar loss] and the[spiritual winds] memes are references to the November 22 turn into release language as also beingassociated with a [developing move/process] which will bring [restrictions on movements] over thecourse of [winter]. The meta data layer of [restrictions on movement] is being supported internally in thePopulace/USofA by the [dollar death] meme sets, as though the [dollar woes] will induce both[encounters with scarcity] as well as multiple layers of [restrictions on movement]. This last includessuch diverse forms of the [restrictions] as [no fly], and [no movement (of) currency], as well as [nomovement (of) communications], in addition to [restrictions on movement] which will be[induced/caused] by [dollar/currency loss], and [lack of resources]. These will be playing out insignificant ways in very late November and would argue for an interpretation of a very [unsettled]

There are disturbing lexical references within the last of the ALTA 0508 longer term data sets foranother [marine disaster]. The last time that this linguistic set appeared we had had the Columbia {ednote: Columbia = gem of the ocean} Space Shuttle disaster. Once again, these [marine] associations are

[space] connected, both within the Populace/USofA entity, as well as the SpaceGoatFart entity. In thecross links over to the SpaceGoatFarts entity, the termination point is the now familiar, [energies fromspace] meme, however, at this instance, the supporting set include [hidden], [suddenappearance/manifesting] as well as [dislocated/dislodged (unknown object)]. This last has the descriptorset of [unknown object] as a place holder or 'variable' in the programming sense of the word. The datasets are indicating, and we are predicting from them, that an 'unknown at this time' object will be[dislodged] and it will be the proximate cause of a [disastrous unfolding/process]. There are also crosslinks both internally within the Populace/USofA entity, and externally to the Terra entity wheretermination ended at [spiritual winds].

There are [mid/center atlantic] geographic references within the data set for [marine], as well asdescriptors for [ancient lineage/derivation], and [journey (to the) west]. It must be noted that this last isalso the title of the Chinese 'central mythos', and is the tale of [4/four travelers] who [journey to thewest] to [receive the dhamma (spiritual truth)]. It also has associations internally as a novel with manyof our other supporting sets for the [marine] data set including [crossing the southern ocean], and the[assault on heaven (by the stone monkey king)] {ed note: the start of a *huge* interconnected series ofevents in the world, loosely similar in meme to the 'tower of babel' mythos in semitic influenced

cultures}. There are repeated data sets within the supporting groups pointing to [heaven/space] being[assaulted] and responding by sending [unexpected energies from space] which are the [cause/initiator]of the [maritime disaster (over) the mid atlantic]. This [maritime disaster redux] is supported by themodelspace as it is progressed to just inside the December marker point. The supporting descriptors forthe [maritime] component of the meme include [rectilinear], [ancient derivation], [setting sun], [travelwestward], [4/four travelers], [singular/single/unity], and [yellow sun]. This last set is supported in itsturn by references to [yellow setting sun (turning/transforming) orange], and [prelude to night/darkness],and [twilight], and [dim light] and [low/lost vision]. Further directly supporting sets of the [maritime]sub set included [heaven assaulted], [space/outward pointed], [energetic draft/draught], and similar sets.After encountering these sets within the data, we were compelled to examine the NASA records for thenext [winter] associated Space Shuttle flight.

The results were chilling.

Note the next shuttle up is Atlantis, with a scheduled lift off target of December 6. Also note the missionpatch includes the names of the entire crew in '4/four' lines. Also note that the patch includes an 'ancient'ideograph of a 'square sail' vessel, and it is facing to the [west] and is seemingly crossing the [midatlantic] ocean. Hmmm. This is likely indicating that some level {ed note: bearing in mind our reports*always* ERR on the side of the more extreme/bad circumstances...just the nature of radical linguistics}of 'problems' will likely develop for the shuttle Atlantis and its crew as they 'journey west' thisDecember. Note that the outcome of this [maritime disaster] is *not* predicted, only that both the[disastrous process] and the [results] are within the 'release language period'. That being noted, there arelinguistic sets in support which include aspect/attributes such as [after/post (great/huge) trials/travails]

and in its turn is supported by [getting together]. This then could be interpreted as [after greatdifficulties, they succeed in getting together/reaching goal]. Such references within the larger [disasterprocess] make any prediction of an outcome fall within the [guess] set. Of course, the [visibility] valuesfor this [maritime disastrous process] are very high. As the whole of the descriptor set for the [fire] and[undoing/uncoupling] is [space] based, and as the descriptors include language suggestive of[corrections], the 'feel' from the data is an "Apollo 13" redux meme playing out on the globalmediastream in 'near real time'. There are also a *very* large number of cross links over to theSpaceGoatFarts entity which implies on its face, that the [officialdom] will be in 'high denial mode'during and after the events. Further the SpaceGoatFart entity is where all the references to [ufo] and[officially denied objects] are held, indicating that *perhaps* there will be further emerging languagearound the [contact] meme embedded within the [maritime disastrous process] as it is broadcast to the

The immediacy value set for the Populace/USofA entity is dominated by [retreat] which is supportedboth in multiple layers, as well as in multiple directions. There are indications of a [retreat] from[spending] and even a [retreat/renunciation/abandonment] of [bills/debt]. This is shown as being verysignificant, and very very [visible] within the global mediastream. So [visible] as to create its own selffeeding cycle on the teevee for a while. The [retreat] aspect/attribute also has very large levels of supportunder a [military] aspect. This sub set includes geographic references for a number of sites, but isdominated by [iraq]. There are a number of cross links over to the Bushista entity where the terminationpoints are participating in the [madness] and [failure] and [denial] memes discussed in 0508. The

There are also very large segments of the Populace/USofA, sub set [retreat] which are [economic]focused and which contribute as origination points for cross links to Markets entity in the [walkingaway]. See Markets entity below.

Another section of the [walking away] support for [retreat] goes via cross link to the Bushista entityindicating that the pending [exposure of madness] or [acting out] will be at least partially instigated bythe [abandonment of debt/repudiation] wave [visibility]. This section within the Populace/USofA isindicating by directly held values that a period of [danger] and [hardship] is emerging which the[populace] will hold as being [caused] by [Bush, et al, TPTB]. Markets - Repats Barf, Great Walking Away

The longer term value sets remaining from ALTA series 0508 continued to accrue supporting sets underthe [millions of small particles]. It now appears that while there are certainly [housing] relatedinferences within the data set, the *more* likely interpretation is now for either [dollars] or [creditcards]. There are several large sub sets supporting both aspects within the [millions of small particles]new accretions. These data sets of [credit cards] and [dollars] are perhaps *both* legitimatelyrepresented. The interpretation of both would forecast a [fall default] wave on credit cards, and thiswould come in conjunction with a huge [repatriation] wave of [dollars] back to the [usofa]. How this[repatriation] might occur is less clearly described. There are hints that a [complete/total] [abandonment]of [us treasury] and other paper debt instruments would in effect be [repatriation] of [dollars], and wouldcertainly be in the [millions] levels. Further there are also pointers toward a [forced purchase] whichinvolves [metals/commodities] and another which involves [property] of an unknown type. In both casesthese are seen as [repatriating] [millions] of [dollars] back into the system.

There are recent accretions from the immediacy values of 0708 which also are going to the idea of[millions of dollars] [returning home]. This is cross linked internally with 2/two aspect sets of interest.The first these is terminating in [housing] and seems to be pointing to yet another wave of [foreclosures]and other [abandonment] issues which will begin to surface in late October/early November. Then inconjunction with aspect/attributes from 0508, longer term values sets, the other cross link is pointingtoward a [mutiny/insurrection] which is directly held within the Markets entity. This area has veryextensive cross links over to the Bushista entity, but is still holding its mass entirely within the Marketsentity linguistic structure. The [mutiny/insurrection] values have a very high [visibility] sums, and

therefore are expected to be covered by the global mediastream. Further, the [mutiny/insurrection] isapparently to surface as we move into the release period after November 22. In this case we note that theMarkets entity is forecasting that the [mutiny] will [topple/fall] the [markets] in December of this year.An additional and possible interpretation for the [mutiny] area also includes [retreat]. The support forthis area includes [under/pressured by] and [disparate/separated forces]. There are also [iraq] valuesdirectly held as well as extensive cross links over to the [failure] sub set within Bushista. In eitherinterpretation, the impact will hasten the [degradation/death] of the [usofa dollar], and have very serious[dampening] impact on the [markets] for [paper] originating in the [usofa].

Not that there won't be plenty of [drama], [heartache], and vast amounts of [increasing tensions] in the

The [revelation of hidden facts which have an emotional reaction within humans en masse] meme isboth complex, and abstract to a certain extent, however the modelspace is indicating that the[results/impacts/alterations/changes/upheaval] will be very real indeed. The suggestions within thesupporting aspect/attribute sets rise toward images of [person/slaves] whose [backs bend under heavyloads/taxes/control] are [reaching/arriving] at a [point of no (possibility/room/lee-way) forbreath/pause/relief]. This [seizure]aspect/attribute set is pointing toward the end of the 3/three week period that is the immediacy value set

range, and so there is some small possibility that the meme would/will continue to gain newaspects/attributes when the shorter term values are processed, however the modelspace is seeminglyclear in pointing to the [visibility] of both the [hidden facts] which will be [revealed] in the week ahead,as well as the almost immediate ratcheting up of pressures, and a [visible] response amongst the[slaves/taxed/controlled]. The results of the impact of the [great walking away]will [transform] the [social order] of many communities, especially within the [usofa], and [uk]. These

[abandonment] memes for the [housing] and [debt] aspect/attribute sets include cross links over to the[employment crash], and further into the FuturePop entity where a slight majority is terminating withinthe [fuzzy revolution] sub set which itself is supporting the [revolution] meme. There are also veryextensive Terra entity cross links with indications that a significant portion of the [hidden facts] areassociated with [disguised/masked biosphere degradation effects/statistics].

Within the cross links over to the Populace/USofA, the [revealing of hidden facts/truths] is showing asacting as a causal agent for the development of several self-organizing-collectives (SOCs) which willinclude an [alliance seeking rectification]. This [group] is shown as gaining some level of [politicalpower] as it pursues the idea of [examination] of the [process]. The imagery within the supporting sets

The largest rising meta data layer within Markets is the [duality] layer, followed by[transformation]. The [transformation] layer is in direct support of the [rebellion/revolution] memewithin the populace entities.

Conclusion - Part Zero - Transformation Looms

There is a tightly woven knot of meta data layers forming within modelspace. Unlike previousexpressions of the meta data layers, these are sharing much of the same supporting aspect/attribute base.These layers include [duality], and [transformation], and [revolution]. There is some small participationfrom [conflict] meta data layer, but not enough for it to be central to the knot. The modelspace showsthese meta data layers permeating the various entities, and now the 'intensity shading' of the variouspixels associated with the 3/three meta data layers are seemingly of the same color scheme which isindicative of the shared base sub sets.

These 3/three meta data layers also share other components. The first of the 3/three to develop was the[revolution] meta data layer, which then was supported by the emerging [duality] meta data layer, andshortly thereafter the [transformation] layer formed. These all developed in modelspace over the courseof perhaps 4/four months about 2/two years ago. The chain of evolution of the meta data layers into[transformation] is strikingly similar to the [green death] meme that we saw develop some years back.That meme began manifesting and was visible for a number of months to observers tipped off to itsexistence early. We have a near duplicate pattern emerging now for the [transformation] meme. Themodelspace is suggesting that the [transformation] will be very [visible] within the November 22through January 24th release period language, but that if aware now, so will be the [visibility] of[transformation] as an expression throughout life here on earth.

The [transformation] meme *appears* very damn conveniently at the last quarter of our Year ofEmergence. In previous ALTA reports we had labeled 2007 as the [year of emergence] based on

modelspace general linguistics and the presence of the aspect/attribute set [emerging] within so manydisparate data sets. Also visible within the data sets was a 2008 centered lexical shift over to[manifestation], so, being consistent, we labeled 2008, as the [year of manifestation]. The differencebetween the [emergence] and the [manifestation] sets has to do with the [duality] meta data layer. In thecase of [emergence], a primary component of the definition/descriptor set is supported by the [duality]of being able to [observe] both [then, pre-emergence], and [now, emerging time]. Clear as darkchocolate at the bottom of a tall black coffee? Well, basically the [emergence] aspect requires theemotional structure of being able to still envision what things were like before this [thing/fact/Z]emerged, as well as being aware of the [thing/fact/Z] emerging in present time. So no denial allowedhere, but still a sense that the [pre-emergent time] is [close] even if [fading].

The [manifestation] aspect/attribute set specifically does *not* have the [past nearly still here] emotionalresponse built in. The difference is of the nature of [emotional center]. In the case of [manifestation] thetotality of the [emotional center] is wrapped within the experience of the [manifesting circumstances]and the internal, emotional time references do *not* allow for contemplation of the [time before]. Allthe internal time focus is on the [now] and [future] which seemingly are completely [swallowed] by the[manifesting circumstances]. The emotional tone is very similar to the common human experience ofbeing ill for several days with a cold/flu which will last at least several more days; and the formerly

rational mind has come adrift in time such that it can no longer remember *not* being sick, and can'tconceive of a future without being sick. That is how [manifestation] differs in feeling from [emerging].

So 2008 is to be the [year of manifestation] and the areas in which core change will manifest are verydiverse. Of course, there had to be a transition period, and modelspace is here to remind us that such isthe *now*. That is, we are here, now, at the cusp of the transition, and the [transformation] meta datalayer will propel us through to [manifestation] in only a few short weeks.

The [transformation] meta data layer takes its emotional summation strength from both [revolution], and[duality], though the [transformation] aspect is very long term focused whereas the greater summation ofvalues within [revolution] and [duality] are mainly within the shorter term sets. Nonetheless, the

[manifestation] label for 2008 is deriving its emotional summation from the [emergence] of[transformation] meta data layers within the populace entities, and the Terra entity.

It appears as though [transformation] looms over us all as the [dollar near-death-experience/mortality],the [great walking away], and the continuing [corruption] of [officialdom] all within the background of avery deep seated emergent fear of [planetary biosphere change] conspire to [manifest] now.

Probably a very good time to be in the pie business.

So..please note...thelanguage and images coming off the teevee, especially the cable news teevee, *is* a fine example of'release language'. The aware observer will discern the differences between the language of this week asthe fires developed into a major national and natural disaster, and the language of just *last* week, when

the focus was more future and [worry] oriented.

Also note that the Santa Ana winds are part of the forecast [winds] meme for damage here in the USofA.The [wind] meme is expected to carry forward over the course of winter, continuing to bubble up toconsciousness as [damages] are incurred. The [winds] will ultimately go walk-about over the continentalUSofA, causing damages in most regions.

We note that the next release language 'burst' will come in the week of November 22, 2007. This nextbrief release language time during the end of the current building tension period is deeper, and sharperthan is currently being experienced. It is also showing associations for [american diaspora].And, please note that a very key ingredient in the developing circumstances for the FuturePop entity isthe [diaspora] which will impact humanity globally. There are also associations with [retreat] and [withdrawal of military forces] and the release bubble onNovember 22, 2007. Note that the bubble is of many days duration. Then there is the up turn of

emotional building tensions once again, for a short few days, and then the entry into the next releaseperiod.

Also note that impacts on the electrical system as a result of the California fires *may* indeed be the[regional electrical infrastructure failure] which has been in the ALTA reports for the last year. This isdue to the on-going nature of the electrical 'emergency' once the process gets started. The forecast is fora [regional power problem] which will be come [endemic] to the area, and persist for over [6/sixmonths]. It will also impact other parts of the national power grid adversely, and will be the proximatecause for [encounters with scarcity (of) electricity] that will settle on the 'grid' for several years.

The latest processing is now indicating that the building language period currently expressing will end

on November 28th, at about 12:23 pm. There after the release language period will take over theemotional expressions until late on January 29th.

Terra - Revolution

As discussed above, the November 22 time is showing within the early shorter term values processing asbeing yet-another-wind-damage situation. This may be referencing [tornadoes]. If so these will be a[crescendo] sort of episode. The data sets would seem to be pointing toward a [series] of [wind damageevents] which will span about a [week] in their impacts. This may be referencing only several days of

[wind storms], but a week to ascertain the extent of [damage]. These are [usofa, continental] associated,and in addition to causing [damages] to property, there are curious references to [national park service]and some [passings]. This last may not be a [death] per se, but can also include [significant temporalendings]. Both the [damaging winds] and the [national park service] have very high [visibility] and willshow up within the global mediastream.

The newly accrued values for the Terra entity are dominated by [revolution] both as a meta data layer,and as a directly held value set. The directly held [revolution] includes all the possible meanings withspecific focus on [completion of cycles] and [turning/revolving].

At the meta data level, the accretion patterns for the Terra entity [revolution] meme are predicting somevery large levels, if not scale, of changes, such that much of the [planetary populace] will be impacted.

NOTE that this is specifically *not* a prediction of a planet-wide event, rather goes more toward theidea of *lots* of regional [episodes/incidents] of [planetary change]. A distinction *with* a hugedifference. All of these [turning] references are under the aspect/attribute set of bespoke [bad] and all areshowing as a [burst] within [Fall]. This suggests that the Terra component for the release language inlate November will be large, and that there may well be carry over through into Winter.

There are also alternate meanings within the [revolution] meme being dominant within Terra entity. Tothat point it is now a social science postulate that many of the [revolutions] in human history, bothpolitical and technical are the direct result of [terra climate change]. The Terra entity is certainly focused

These inturn are supporting [revolution] as a meta data layer within the populace entities. Populace/USofA - November - in tres partes est, French Shoes, Transformation

The immediacy data, as well as the last of the longer term data sets from ALTA 0508 are stating thatNovember will be a [bad month] for the Populace/USofA. The central meme for the whole of the month,and the rest of Fall, will be [military]. The data sets are indicating a November which will be 'felt' in3/three parts. The first part of the month will be filled with 'building tension' language, seemingly *all*related to the [military]. The second part will be on/around November 21/22 and will be only 5/five daysbrief, though it is a release language bubble, and the values are shaping up toward [intense]. The lastpart of the month is [filled/over-flowing] with [change] and represents the [initial period/sparking point]for the [second american revolution, AmRev2].

The data sets are arguing for [army] to be the dominant sub set of the meme, but the spread is broadenough that we will look for examples of [military] in all forms of the word and its context componentsto 'pressure' the news. The idea coming across is that [november] is the [crux/fulcrum/dividing_line].The supporting layers for the [military] meme within the Populace/USofA are arguing for a 'tippingpoint' effect around and involving this context.

The idea coming across is that at a temporal level, the month of November will[see/experience/manifest] [change/upheaval] within the [political structure] which [controls] the[military] within the [usofa, political organization]. This context is pointing to [army] and the [woes]inflicted by the Bush wars of aggression as being the [dominant] component of the [public discourse] bythe end of the month. And, as November dives out of the building language and into the releaselanguage pool of the 22nd through the 26th (inclusive), the [army] language accrues several new layersof supporting aspect/attribute sets which themselves are dominated by [rebellion/revolution], [sabotage]{ed note: from 'sabo' the wooden shoes of the French peasants who slaved in the early factories of theindustrial revolution...which leads to pitching the 'wooden shoes', aka 'sabos' into the machine guts to'sabotage' the works}, [mutiny], [bloody revolution], [avoidance], [subterfuge], [hiding], [delaying],[lying]. The idea coming across is that the ever-so-fine ethics of our Grand-and-Glorious Rulers (aka -Bushies et al) will be surfacing with a vengeance within reports of the [actions/movements/behavior] ofthe [military] within the [war arenas]. The implication is that[lying/cheating/prevarication/avoidance_of_responsibility] will be the [order of the day] such that the*only* time any [war work] is accomplished is when the [soldiers] are [forced to action] by [presence ofvideo]. OF COURSE, this whole area and the [ethos] of our [rulers, NWO] will lead to the

[retreat/defeat] language previously reported in ALTA 0508. Hmmm. Seemingly what the Bushies havefailed to grasp is that 'leadership' means people 'follow' or 'do as you do'....which in turn means that ifyour methods of life are defined by 'lying, cheating, stealing, graft', well... then nobody should be toosurprised when that 'ethos' becomes the norm.

The immediacy data, in particular, is indicating that the [public discourse] with high [visibility] values,and therefore likely to be part of the daily spew from the global mediastream, will focus on the[military] at many diverse levels. The overall impression from the accretion patterns of theaspect/attribute sets is that November will bring about the [spark] or [initiation] of a [public dialog]within the [populace] about the relationship between the [populace, usofa] and its [military].
