SUBMISSION PROCESS

All IMC tenants and exhibitors are encouraged to submit products for consideration.This program is offered exclusively to tenants and exhibitors in IMC buildings.

There is no cost to participate.

A jury will determine the final assortment of products selected for the TrendWatch displays. Not all products submitted can be included in the displays. IMC reserves the right to use all submissions in marketing, promotions, social media, and collateral.

The deadline to submit images for consideration: August 21 August 23rdWinners will be notified via email: September 3rd-5th

Winning product must be delivered to High Point no later than: October 4th

PSA: List Scams

You probably receive emails like this one offering Email lists for buyers. These are fraudulent spam emails. You may receive them at your work or personal email address.

We had a customer purchase one of these and it was a JUNK list. Do not fall prey to the scam.

IMC or High Point Market Authority DOES NOT rent or sell attendee email lists. It is illegal. In order to obtain someone's email address you must have a business relationship with them. (e.g. they enter your showroom & you scan their badge)

If you participate in the market-wide badge scanner system, you will receive a market-wide attendee list 1 month prior to market and 1 month after market, however it will not contain email due to legalities. When you scan someone in your showroom, then you will be given that person’s email address.
