ContiTech Beattie Limited has extensive experiencein the supply of High Pressure Drilling and ProductionHoses. The high pressure hoses supplied aremanufactured at ContiTech Rubber Industrial(formerly known as Taurus Emergé) in Hungary andDunlop Oil & Marine, in Grimsby, England. Inpartnership with ContiTech Rubber Industrial andDunlop Oil & Marine, ContiTech Beattie has tailoredhigh pressure hoses for the most arduousapplications world-wide in both topside and subseaservices, and is the world’s leading manufacturer andsupplier of bonded high pressure drilling andproduction hoses certified to API 7K FSL Levels 0, 1and 2, API 16C and API 17K, and also of hose con-forming to API RP 17B.

Hose Range
The single body rubber bonded hose has a number offeatures which ensure a high quality, high integrityproduct. These include built in one-piece endcouplings with integral built in bend limiters and acomposite fire resistant layer protecting both hosebody and coupling. These features combine toprovide a hose with low minimum bend radius, a lightcompact construction with excellent flexibility andfatigue resistance. Hose designs are available toaccommodate external collapse, chemical resistance,heat insulation, fatigue resistance and continuouslengths up to 150 ft.
