Kick off 2017 with an action-packed Chinese New Year Extrav-aganza - Lion dancing, calligrapher and crafts! Be amazed by acro-batic lion dancers from Leung’s White Crane. Witness the beauty and artistry of Chinese Calligrapy. Learn the origin of Lion Dancing and the traditional costume. Cre-ate a Year of the Rooster craft to take home, too! Macy’s Center Court.

Hillsdale’s Annual Summer Camp Activities Expo is back offering exciting options for parents and kids looking for the perfect sum-mer adventure. Sports facilities, science organizations, museums, dance troupes and camps from around the Bay Area and California will be exhibiting at Hillsdale. No admission fee. Lower Level.

Mardi Gras is marching into Hills-dale and kids get to party! The revelry features a magic show with “how-do-they-do-that” trickery and illusions. Kids can enjoy mask making and decorat-ing, Mardi Gras themed balloon figures made to order, festive beads and sweet treats to cele-brate. The event is free and ap-propriate for all ages. Nordstrom Court.
