Till now, the actors 2010film Robot, made on a

budget ofR150 crore, hasheld the record of beingIndias most expensivefilm, but director SSRajamouli, known forNational Award winningfilms Magadheera andEega, aims to break it withhis next a R160 croreperiod drama, titledBaahubali. Baahubali is aperiod film set in eighthcentury AD. It willshowcase never seen

before spectacular setsand special effects. Justthe production budget ofthe movie is R125 crore,the highest for any Indianfilm till now. The final costto producer would be overR160 crore, making it themost expensive Indianfilm ever made, says asource. The film starsTelugu actor Prabhas,

While Rajamouliremained unavailable forcomment, the spokesper-

son of the film says,Baahubali is going to bespectacular. Indian cinemahas not seen the kind ofspecial effects the film willhave. It will be made inTamil, Telugu and Hindi.

work. He even sent me towork from the hospital whenhe was admitted. Honestly, Idont know how to deal withemotions except to get into

work. So it was important forme to just start working.
