Aurora started her career in Silicon Valley in HR at Salesforce.com, however she transitioned into recruiting as an Engineering sourcer at Google. She left in 2011 to join a small budding startup called Airbnb, where she built out various teams ranging from Customer Support, International Expansion, Engineering and Design. Once the company reached 900 employees, she left Airbnb to apply the learnings of rapidly scaling a company, to a small Bitcoin startup called Coinbase, where she currently works as a Recruiting Manager.
