In July of last year we were pleased to be able to bring the Historicon Painting Competition to the new venue in Downtown Lancaster. As with previous years our comp organizer, judge and photographer Dave Taylor recorded the winning entries for prosperity by snapping shots with his Nikon and thus

providing the pics for this article. Then said photos went missing. Until now. So ten months later than planned, or to give the article a different spin, a couple of months ahead of the 2020 convention (fingers crossed!) we present to you several pages of eye-candy in the form of the best of the best from the Wargames
