Leakage Pressure test fixture: Nowadays

pressure testing of component is most

common & most necessary. In high pressure

testing applications booster cylinders are

mandatory.

Actuation force for port sealing is possible in many

ways like lead-screw tightening, pneumatic cylinders,

toggle clamps etc., according to area of application, force

to be restricted, available space and economic

considerations

Control Pressure Test rig: Up to 15stage operation, a

complete dry test rig for petrol supply unit. Includes

separate pressure test segments for leakage test checking

of meters, valves, gasket face seats, internal components

leakage etc. All the projects are concentrated on safety

purpose first so emergency switches and safety doors are

compulsory hence operators under high pressure

applications.

Auto Jelly fill & seal machine: Fully

automated solution for jelly making process

includes cup loading, jelly liquid filling, cup

sealing and cup unloading automatically. All

the operations are accomplished by

pneumatic cylinder. Also the pumping of jelly

liquid also accomplished be hydro-pneumatic

cylinder combinations.

Flow test rig: Combined flow and pressure test

solution for petrol pump body and assemblies,

Hydraulic power pack: Our hydraulic

power packs ensure reliability and require very

low maintenance, hence greatly reducing the

maintenance cost. We offer these hydraulic

power packs in different sizes and

specifications as per the requirements. Our

Hydraulic power packs are trust-full actuators

of CNC fixture, lifters and more.

Heavy duty hydraulic cylinders: Triple layer

wearing seal to accommodate and operator under 200 tons

450 tons load capacity. Wide range of sealing designs to

withstand even under high axial and bending loads.

Compressor body lifting and tilting jack:

Hydraulic jacks made for specific

components like compressor body, valve

body etc. Automatic clamping and Tilting of

the component to a specific angle is also

incorporated by telescopic and miniature

cylinders.

Miniature swing type clamping cylinder: Ideal

for clamping operations on hydraulic fixtures.Overall dimensions is around 100*50*50mm

hence make it to perfect fir in space constrained

areas.

Production Enhancement Automatic SPM works:

Fully and semi automated special purpose turning and milling arrangements

to neglect labour inputs and also operates as a stand-alone system. High machining

character repeatability enables reduction in frequent inspection cycles and improved

product print achievability, hence in overall reduces the product cost which is a key

Dipping machine:

We deal with various dipping arrangement as per customer view other-than

that our standard models and their productivity are listed below

Semi automatic 500Kgs output type: Reduces 10 no of labours to 2 also reduces

the labour fatigue.

Semi auto - 1ton capacity: Reduces labours by 20 to 3 members.

Semi auto - 2ton capacity: Reduces labours by 30 to 5 members.

Fully automatic -1ton capacity: Reduces labours by 20 to 2 members.

Heat room:

Heat room enables curing of eatables and rubber band, so according to the curing inputs

the heat room material is decided.

Key features:

Bulk production 500 kgs output capacity at 4hrs curing time.

Versatile fuels inputs are possible due to separate exhaust passages

When manually cured without this equipment,
