Content of sessions: Balance between clarification of tools, progress update,and resolving interpersonal and organizational issues,Coach's accessibility outside of coaching sessions: That includes response timeon emails, etc,Coaching Report: Discussions, findings and agreed next steps should berecorded and distributed to the project Sponsor and responsible persons.

Acquiring the correct data, information and applying the correct tools andtechniques for analysisProvide recommendations, review the results, andUnderstanding and discovering strengths and weaknesses in the context of theorganization's needs.

To coach candidates in using the tools appropriately and review the effectivenessof using the tools correctly and extrapolation of relevant data. After each coachingsession, the consultant will provide clients with a summary of the session in a formof a Coaching Report. This is the personalized coaching phase of the program andthe coaching will be centred on the assigned workplace project for each individual.It is important that realistic expectations with the participants are set at thebeginning of each coaching process. The expectations between the coach andtrainee include an agreement on proactive regular sessions of at least once perweek. Thus this may also include:

Dr. Satnam Singh graduated from Liverpool John Moores University (UK) with aBachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He then furthered his studies atCoventry University in UK and was awarded with a Master Degree of Science inEngineering and Manufacturing Management. Dr. Satnam then continued to studyfor his doctorate and was awarded with a PhD in Engineering and ManufacturingManagement. Dr. Satnam has been actively involved in the field of Continual Improvementactivities since the beginning of his tertiary education. While accomplishing hisMaster Degree in the United Kingdom, he had been extensively trained for LeanSystems and Six Sigma whilst working as a Project Manager for a Multi NationalCorporation (MNC) in the UK for 12 years. During his stay with the MNC in the UK,Dr. Satnam was tasked with the responsibility of promoting and implementing Leanand Six-Sigma within the Organization and throughout Europe. Due to his extensiveexposure in Lean and Six-Sigma Management Systems, he was invited by thecompany’s European Subsidiaries to conduct in-house training, project consultationsand strategic planning in the area of Six-Sigma implementation.
