This professional service contract was procured through a fair and open process pursuant to P.L. 2005,c.271, for the period beginning August 20, 2014 and ending June 30, 2015, or until a permanent superintendent ishired, and is awarded to R-Pat Solutions, Roselle Park, New Jersey at the fee of $8,900.00 (plus pre-approvedexpenses) as set forth in the proposal. The Board publicly advertised for Requests for Proposals on June 30, 2014 inthe Bergen Record and July 2, 2014 in the Star Ledger; responses were to be received by the District by July 8,2014.
