EMPATHY MAPPING HELEN SAID “ ”:

1.  I have been fortunate in all phases of my career to learn new things and take on new challenges.

2.  I am fearful of not being considered for positions due to my age 3.  I love to mentor but I have a difficult time asking for help 4.  While I am outgoing and have friends I do not like going into large meetings

where I don’t know anyone 5.  Networking is a challenge I know people want to help but why am I fearful of

asking for help? 6.  I am not motivated by money I want to do something that speaks to my heart

so I don’t want people ruling me out because they think I won’t take a pay cut 7.  Hard to pair down my resume to target just the right qualifications for the

position. I have such great experinces but I can’t include all of them 8.  I have been surprized a the time it takes to apply for each position. The

research, how to target this is natural for me when fashioning a marketing campaign.

9.  Marketing myself, I don’t want to act like a brand I am a human being. 10.  I know I need to attend more events and schedule more coffee dates but I

find myself researching how to do the networking vs. Doing the networking.
