Developed by IKY Boss Governance, Informasoft® is the first 100% cloud based Human Resources management system of Turkey.

The Informasoft® project was endorsed by TÜBITAK as a Priority Informatics Project Systems numbered 7140491. The main reason behind the development of this software is the fact that new requirements resulting from industrialization and technological changes make it necessary for businesses to renovate themselves, adopt new business and manufacturing methods and implement contemporary business and personnel principles.

Significant changes in the type, quality, and quantity of operations being conducted as a result of such technological and scientific innovations and developments have given rise to the creation of new business activities and lines of work, which in turn, brought about the need to employ personnel with different skill sets. Moreover, businesses go to great lengths to make their existing personnel compatible with the changing business environment.

For this reason, the concepts of modern management and the modern executive have gained a great deal of significance. AFTERWORD

They used to call me “The Technician” in high school. I was given this nickname because the school principal would always ask me to fix broken things at school. The school faced financial difficulties due to insufficient funding and I was assigned to do various jobs ranging from installing new sockets to the laboratory desks, to changing the flagpoles, among many other things. But nevertheless, such tasks had their perks in that I did not have to attend the classes and I always stood out from the other students, thanks to all the hand tools that I carried on my belt.

My job was so appealing that my classmate of 11 years, who eventually went on to become a professor in the US, was adamant to become my assistant. Our job put us in a unique position in establishing a close relationship with the school management and led us to learn things we could have never learned in the classroom. Looking back after all these years, it makes me smile to remember the main reason why they gave me all those technical tasks was my father’s tool box and his drill I always carried to school with me. My schoolmates always considered me to be lucky for it, but according to a Russian proverb “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.” My preparation consisted of a well-organized tool box.

We need to be fully prepared when opportunities present themselves to us, in the business world.
