PIANO LESSONS

Playing the piano is a healthy skill, as it helps the brain to develop. There are several skills your child will need to learn when playing piano or any other musical instrument.

The necessary things for play-ing piano are proper positioning of the hands, proper posture, the ability to read music and the ability to sight-read.

These help the child's brain develop in intel-lect and creativity, and are critical to music education. The piano takes a long time to truly become proficient, so ensure that your child's up to the commitment.

Our Music Director, Angela Dirig, is offering private piano lessons for all ages & levels. Call Angela for details, (321) 262-4330.

CATHOLIC EDUCATION INFORMATION — AUGUST 19-20, 2017 CHRIS MCCORMICK, FAITH FORMATION DIRECTOR

Family Formation is a truly innovative Catholic religious education program used by parish-es and families across the US and Canada. Holy Spirit will implement this program for our chil-dren in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Based on the principle that "Parents are the primary educators in the Faith" [General Directory for Catechesis (GDC) 255], Family Formation re-volves around weekly family gatherings and home lessons. This shared learning experience spills over into the family's everyday life.

Family Formation: ....... For more information, visit www.familyformation.net
