PRE-EVENT ORDERINGTo ensure that Well Bread Restaurant Services Group meets all of your food and beverage needs, we request that you place yourorders by 4:00 p.m. two business days prior to the event. Advance ordering allows you to select from our entire menu while enjoyinga significant savings on your food and beverage purchases. A credit card number will be needed in order to submit a pre-event orderform.Also, pre-event ordering allows you to determine a time of delivery. PERSONALIZED SERVICESDuring events, suite attendants will be available to take event day orders for the suites in their assigned areas. Should you desire a suiteattendant to remain in your suite as a host/hostess or bartender throughout an entire event, we will be happy to provide you with thenecessary staff. When you order a private host/hostess or bartender, 48 hour notification is required. The cost for a privatehost/hostess or bartender is $150.00 per event.

CANCELLATIONSShould you need to cancel a food or beverage pre-order, please call the Well Bread Suite Services Office at (313) 471-2638 withyour cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the event. No charges will be incurred if you follow this procedure. If a cancellation is madeless than 24 hours before the event the suite holder will incur the charges for any hot food ordered.Following is the policy regarding luxury suites' food and beverage orders during a rainout.A. In the event a game is called prior to the gates opening, there will be no entry into your suite. Thus, all pre-orders (food andbeverage) will automatically be cancelled. The suite holder will not be charged for his/her pre-order.For example, if a 7:05 p.m. game is called before 5:05 p.m., there will be no entry into your suite, and all orders will be cancelled.B. When the game is called after the gates have opened, there will be entry into your suite. All pre-ordered food will be served andthe suite holder is responsible for his/her food. You have access to your suite for an hour and one half (1-1/2) after the scheduledgame time regardless of when the game is called.For example, if a 7:05 p.m. game is called anytime after 5:05 p.m. there will be entry into your suite and all food orders will beserved. The suite will then be open until 8:35 p.m. for a 7:05 p.m. start.The following gates will stay open during a rainout game for admittance to the suite level (if the game is called after 5:05 p.m.): A.3rd level Tiger Parking Structure Bridge B. Montcalm GateORDERING DURING THE EVENTAll items with a fork in the suite menu are available with less than two (2) business days' notice, as well as during the event. Pleaserefer to your event day menu in your suite for pricing. We strongly urge that you order at least two (2) business days in advance toenjoy the entire menu selection and significant savings.

DAY OF EVENTOrders may be placed with the suite attendant overseeing your suite. Please allow approximately one (1) to one and one half (1-1/2)hours for delivery of event day orders.

Event day orders are served during the event in the order in which they are received. A credit card number is needed in order tosubmit your game day order.

All food and beverage service will end at the beginning of the 7th inning. Your suite attendant will inform you of ending times forconcerts and other events.

GRATUITY POLICYAll food and beverage orders placed, including the dessert cart, will have an automatic 18% gratuity added to the bill. Along with thischarge, Michigan's 6% sales tax will also be added.

METHOD OF PAYMENTSuite holders may pay for their suite food and beverage purchases with either a major credit card (Mastercard, Visa, AmericanExpress or Discover) or cash at the conclusion of the event. If you are a guest and are responsible for your own food and beverageservices, please inform your suite attendant of your method of payment. Personal and business checks are not accepted.

PAR STOCKING SYSTEMWe recommend that you establish a par level for your bar with the assistance of your Suite Manager. Your beverage selections willthen be replenished to par level before each event. Some restrictions apply for split-suite clients. Special brand requests of liquor,beer, wine or mixers may be ordered at least two weeks in advance to ensure product delivery.

The following are recommended minimum par stock amounts (based on 12 to 16 persons per suite) : One bottle each: whisky orbourbon, scotch, vodka, gin and rum; four six-packs of beer; two bottles of wine; one six-pack each: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist,Slice, Vernor's ginger ale, club soda, tonic water and bottled water.

If, after a few games, you find it necessary to adjust your par stock, please contact your suite administrator. If for any reason you don'twant your suite par stocked please let us know 48 hours in advance.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGESTo ensure a safe and enjoyable time and to maintain compliance with the rules and regulations of the State of Michigan and ComericaPark, no alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed from the premises.

It is the responsibility of the suite owners to ensure that no minors or intoxicated persons consume alcoholic beverages in their suites.All suite holders are also responsible for securing all alcoholic beverages in the locked cabinets provided.

No one under the age of twenty-one (21) can consume or possess any alcohol at any time. Well Bread reserves the right to check forproper identification and refuse service to persons who appear to be intoxicated.

EXCLUSIVITYWell Bread Restaurant Services Group is the exclusive caterer for Comerica Park. It is not permissible for suite holders or their gueststo bring food and/or beverages into the suites. If you have specific dietary restrictions or needs, please let us know. We will providefor any special requests that are made in a timely manner. Any food or beverage product brought into the suites without properauthorization will be confiscated.

COMERICA PARK LUXURY SUITE RAINOUTAND CANCELLED GAME POLICIESRainouts and un-played games due to inclement weather are an inevitable part of outdoor baseball. We hope the following guidelineswill be helpful in minimizing the inconvenience of any cancelled games this season, and we encourage you to pass this information onto any others who may have use of your tickets.

Cancelled games are rescheduled in accordance with a combination of Major League Baseball rules and schedule timing. Some arereplayed during the same home stand, some not until later in the season, and others are not replayed at all. Ticket exchange policiesare dependent upon the date of the rescheduled game and will fall into one of the following two categories:

1. When the cancelled game is rescheduled onto an existing game thereby creating a doubleheader, your season suite tickets for thatdate become valid for both games. The second game is normally started after a 20 minute intermission after the last out of the firstgame. Your cancelled game suite tickets (rain checks) are null and void. Please relay this informationto anyone holding your original game tickets.2. When the cancelled game is rescheduled on an open date (no game previously scheduled), or as part of a day-night splitdoubleheader, use the replacement tickets provided for the rescheduled game.

EXCEPTION: Should the cancelled game be made up during the same home stand (making it difficult for you to distribute newtickets to your clients), your rain checks will be valid for entrance to the makeup game. In this circumstance, the ticket takers will tearyour suite tickets upon entrance into the park.If sufficient mailing time allows, you will be notified of all details by the Detroit Tigers ticket department.
