SEM introduces DYNAGREENTM, the Halogen Free version of

its famous DYNASHEARTM EMI shielding gaskets for Card /

Cage applications that is able to offer superior features over

metal fingerstocks and current fabric–over–foam gaskets.

DYNAGREENTM insures maximum shielding even at low

compression by means of its unique design and offers one of

today’s best ratios of compression vs. load due to its ultra –

soft open cell urethane foam.

DYNAGREENTM makes your product to comply with the forthcoming new environmental policies.

DYNAGREENTM allows you to smoothly upgrade your existing design to Halogen Free compliance.

Schlegel Electronic Materials, leader on the EMI shielding gasket industry, developed a new flame

retardant formulation providing EMI shielding gaskets with UL94 – V0 grade (Underwriters

Laboratories Inc.) and Halogen Free according to IEC 61249�2�21 (<= 900 ppm Chlorine, <= 900 ppm

Bromine and 1500 ppm max for both). This new SEM unique formulation will not modify the physical

and electrical characteristics of standard DYNASHEARTM gaskets such as compression forces,

compression set or shielding effectiveness. Therefore, any existing DYNASHEARTM profile can be

upgraded to its Halogen Free DYNAGREENTM counterpart with no requalification making easy the

retrofit of existing design. DYNAGREENTM is currently available with SEM highly conductive flexible

fabrics NiCu–C70 and NiCu–C12.
