notes: Leave 7” tails when changing colors at beginning and end of rows to tie into final fringe. Work rows 2-33 on both sides of center (Row 1) as specified. Row 1 establishes Right Side. This forms a stitch on needle (fig. 6). Repeat instructions for each stitch to be cast on, counting each loop on needle as a stitch.
