If you are traveling to africa, asia, latin america or eastern europe, you may need an entry visa. depending on the country(ies) involved and the number of trips required for your homeland visit, we will guide you through the appropriate visa application process(es). our staff will file all of the necessary documentation with the consular authorities and after receiving the visa(s) you will be ready to travel. our staff will prepare and file all of the necessary documentation with the consular authorities.

also, those who have never been issued a US passport before, you will need to file an application for a US Passport at your local post office, or if you desire, you can file your application over the internet. In certain cases we can arrange a transportation from the city of international flight arrival to the region where you are headed within your missionary or homeland journey. Whether by train or by local air flights, we will make sure to find the most comfortable form of transportation to your destination.

We are happy to offer translation and interpretation benefits as a distinct service. Furthermore we can offer comprehensive interpretation services for most clients. our staff speaks english, French, Ukrainian, russian, Portuguese and Spanish languages, but we can arrange translation and interpretation into other languages as well.

as an additional service available to our clients, we can provide quick and efficient document certification (by a notary Public) and legalization (apostille) for documents traveling overseas from the United States or vice versa (in accordance with the Hague Convention of the 1961). although a mere formality, document legalization can take a significant amount of your time, and our experienced staff will be pleased to assist you.

Through our network of local representatives we can help you initiate a vital record search and communication with the local authorities to obtain information related to birth relatives residing in your child’s country of origin.

Typically, it takes between thirty and ninety business days, or even longer in some cases, to initiate an inquiry with the local authorities, vital statistics bureau and department of vital statistics. depending on the circumstances, additional paperwork may be required. The fee for the search services significantly fluctuates, and will be determined on a case-by-case basis, upon request. Upon completion of the search the report will include a detailed report prepared in english with biographical data and contact information.

among other consular services, we provide assistance with passport renewal. If your child has dual citizenship with United States and his or her country of birth, you may be required to renew or obtain both passports for your child, if you are planning to travel back to his/her country of origin.

We offer fast and reliable passport renewal or replacement services in the United States. our professional staff will guide you through the process to retrieve the many supporting documents that are required, and manage the completion of all necessary forms, legalization of supporting documents and processing with the consulate, making this complex process simple and seamless for families.
