Wearing shoe coverings and tidying up may be normal for buyers and sellers, but these days buyers are also asked to wear a face mask and gloves to enter a home, and sellers are asked to provide those items at their front door for anyone who doesn’t have them. Sellers are asked to turn on all lights, open closet and room doors, and even open a couple cabinets to alleviate as many touch points as possible. After each showing, homeowners are tasked with re-sanitizing their home top to bottom.
