Until 2018, we obtained 14 R&D certificates for different process projects and innovative products, which demonstrates our commitment to the progress and development of processes and systems.

ENERGY EFFICIENCYExcellent energy ratingOur buildings have an excellent energy rating, meaning a reduction in CO2 emissions, in addition to significant economic and energy savings.

Greater thermal insulation We achieve greater thermal insulation by improving the thermal envelope, doubling the façade insulation, improving the roof and separation with common areas, as well as with carpentry.

RENEWABLE ENERGY Geothermal and aerothermalGeothermal energy is the energy found in the subsoil: a clean, free and renewable energy.

Alongside the UAM (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid), we have created an Observatory for the Environmental Sustainability in Residential Building, with the first study consisting of measuring the water footprint of residential building in Spain.

At Vía Célere we promise to return a percentage of our blue water print, supporting social portraits related with the improving water management. In 2019, our objective is to recover for the environment 20% of the blue water footprint of the developments that it will hand over this year.

Alongside Ashoka, we are driving Future Cities, a project to support young social entrepreneurs in the sustainability challenges set by cities, with transforming proposals linked to improving urban sustainability.

Through the mentoring process with our employees, all our expertise and experience is at the disposal of these young people for their projects.
