LOCATED FOR YOUR LIFESTYLE Roborough Park is a place that suits all kinds of people – whether you prefer country life, town life, or a blend of both. Local amenities include two supermarkets, and a variety of shops and other services in the village of Roborough, and in nearby Woolwell. You also have a good choice of schools, including Bickleigh Down Primary School and Tor Bridge High. Bickleigh village is also close by, with its handsome church and village green.

Plymouth is a short drive or bus journey, and there’s a handy park and ride. You then have the full range of city-centre shopping, entertainment and sports facilities – plus unique features such as the Hoe, with views across one of the world’s outstanding natural harbours. There’s also Plymouth Barbican

Waterfront, offering a wealth of restaurants, bars and museums.

Even though these attractions are conveniently close, it’s easy to escape to the great outdoors. The site has its own wood, perfect for short walks at any time. Turning to practical necessities, each home has parking in a garage, carport or allocated spaces, and there’s extra visitor parking. We’ve planned to make life easier in every way we can.

Roborough Eco Homes are definitely not your typical new house. The same creativity that’s gone into making these homes environmentally friendly has resulted in buildings of extraordinary visual character.

Your most striking first impression is likely to be of the asymmetrical roofs, defying traditional architectural style. And the bold attitude behind them shows through in every other aspect of the design – from the materials used and the proportions of the buildings, to the landscaping around them. Even the bin stores have been carefully considered to help you recycle in style.

Our architect has also used colour in thoughtful and unusual ways. Bright doors and rendered walls in distinctive shades give each property its own identity. Roofline soffits and fascia boards are coloured too, rather than the standard white or black. And window frames are dark grey to maintain a consistent colour scheme.
