Honey and Traceability
Steps at the Importer Level
1. Delivery of honey from various suppliers2. Creating and placing of new, company internal lot numbers 3. Control of delivery by comparing lot numbers and weights,
quality control of delivered honey and comparison to trade sample (water, HMF, pH-value, acidity, elect. conductivity, Diastase, sugars, residues)
4. Storage at definite places5. Assembling of commissions according to customers orders
pre-setting could be: specific taste, colour, origin, type of flower, viscosity....
6. Creating and placing of commission lot-numbers7. Mixing and homogenisation8. Siphon off into drums or tank vehicles
