    Hope House services form asafety net of prevention, educa-

    tion and support for thousands ofpeople traumatized by domesticviolence every year. Residentialservices are provided through twosecure locations in Independenceand Lees Summit, Missouri andcomprehensive outreach servicesare provided to those not needingsecure shelter. 122 women andchildren can be housed betweenthe two locations. Unbelievably,both shelters are at capacityevery day of the year.

    Even with 100% funding and staffing, thewould still be greater than the resources aable. For those we are able to help every ddepend on the Kansas City community giback to their neighbors in need through metary donations and volunteer hours.
