The Hops & Props Craft Beer Festival was purchased by Galaxy Events of Syracuse, New York

in 2016 and has become one of the must-attend event for beer enthusiasts and breweries

across the metropolitan area.

The Hops & Props Craft Beer Festival is...

• One of the top winter craft beer festivals in the region, featuring over 40 breweries and 100 world-

class beers and attracting 2,000+ beer lovers.

• An educational experience, where each event attendee chooses samples from a wide selection of

beer brands and styles. All Brewery reps are on site throughout the day to further educate festival

fans on their beers.

• A community event benefitting The Cradle of Aviation Museum in Garden City, NY and local

businesses. The Hops & Props Craft Beer Festival brings the community together for a fun evening

with craft beers, foods from local restaurants, merchandise booths and great Music.

Set-up time and check-in

Supplies/Products may be delivered on Thursday or Friday with

Cradle approval. Please let Galaxy Events know in advance.

Set up and check-in: starts at 3:00pm no sooner, on Saturday

February 9th, 2019 at the Cradle of Aviation Museum, Garden City,

NY. At that time the cradle is closed to the public. Your booth must

be ready and set up by 5:45pm.

Please Check-in at the main entrance before setting up.

The Cradle of Aviation is located off of Charles Lindbergh Blvd. All

equipment must be removed from the festival site no later than

11:00pm Saturday, February 9th.

You must bring your own loading equipment and personnel to get

your equipment to the booth. The Hops & Props Craft Beer Festival

does not have any extra equipment or staff to assist.

Application procedure

• Read all instructions and fill in the application form

• Submit application form by email or mail.

• Applications are considered on a first-come, first-served

basis. The Hops & Props Craft Beer Fest reserves the right to

make the final decision on the acceptance of an application

based on past performance, timeliness of returned

application, variety of vendors and accordance with the

festival’s mission.

Once home of Roosevelt Field (the location

where Charles Lindbergh embarked on his

historic flight), The Cradle of Aviation

Museum features more than 75 aircrafts in

eight galleries, making it perfect for anyone

curious about the area’s rich aviation history.

WIFI

The Museum does have WIFI and it will be provided to

vendors at the Vendor Check-In table.

Parking

There is plenty of vendor/customer parking at the Cradle. We

ask that you move your vehicles to the parking area

immediately after unloading (See map on page 6)

ICE

Ice will be available for breweries/wineries/distilleries at no

cost. If you are not a brewery/winery/distillery and require Ice it

will be available for sale at vendor check-in.

festival. Each person listed will receive a worker’s wristband at the check in. There will not be a wristband for you unless

The vendor in this application agrees to be a vendor at the 2019 Hops & Props Craft Beer Festival Garden City, NY. I hereby affirm to

have read all instructions and information included in this application and forever discharge, and hold harmless the Hops & Props

Craft Beer Festival, the Cradle of Aviation, Galaxy Events and all other festival partners from all manner of actions, suits, damages,

claims, and demands whatsoever from any loss or damage to property of the undersigned while in possession or supervision of the

festival, its agents, representatives or employees. I understand all the information, agree to sell only the items approved by the Hops

& Props Craft Beer Festival and agree to comply with all Galaxy Events rules, directions and requirements provided by festival

organizers.
