Install and Adjust

Usage

1. Open the door and need the processing articíe to put to put plank into the

box up, close the door.

2. Connect power supply, insert the power supply plug into the AC outlet, the

power switch of the front-panel place in the position of "open", the gauge

appears the numeral manifestation at this time, meaning the equipments

enters work appearance.

3. Pass the operation temperature controller, set you must of temperature

inside the box.

4. The instrument begins to work, temperature inside the box atlains initial

completion.

5. Close power supply, need temperature inside the box to open to put the

spirit valve after near to the environment temperature. Open the door, take

Operating

When it is switched on, the upper row displays "1 nP" and the low row

displays the range of temperature. After about 3 seconds, it starts running.

Press the temperature menu button "Set ", the controller runs into the

temperature I time setting state, the under window of controller displays the

symbol of temperature setting "SP", and the over window of the displays the

set value of temperature, the user can adjust the value according to the needs.

Re-press the button, the controller runs into the time setling state, the under

window of controller displays the symbol of time setting "SI:", the over window

displays the set value of time, the user can adjust the value according to

needs (0-9999) (If the working time is set as 0000, it indicates the timer is

inoperative, the controller will run continuously.) Press the button again, then

it returns to the running state. Press the menu button of temperature for 3

seconds, it runs into the internal value setting state; if press another 3 seconds,

it will return to the running state. In the above mentioned 2 states, if there is not

any operation for 30s, the controller will auto quit the above mentioned states

and the adjusted value will not be saved. When the runtime is over, the over

window of controller will display "End", the buzzer will sound for 30s, then it

can be muted by pressing the button " • ". When press the button "~"for 4s at

the time, the program will restart then.

When temperature is beyond "SP+RL ". the ALM indicator turns on.

• The method for changing set value

Press Set key the low row displays SP. Pressé," or "~"key, the upper

row displays the needed value. Again press Set key the low row displays Stkey. Press"." or "~" key, the upper row displays the timing time needed.

Again press Set key, the instrument return to the standard display mode.

• Timing function

When the value of St is setting to zero, the timing function is canceled.

Otherwise when the value of St is not setting to zero the timing function is

available.

When the power is turned on, the timing function starts. In case of

achieving the setting timing the heating output is close. and the buzzer sounds

four times to notice the operator. When the system is starting with auto tuning,

the timing function is also canceled. When the auto tuning process is

completed, the timing function would start again. During the operating period of

the instrument, it is allowed to update the value of St online, and the time

passed can be memorized and the instrument will operate the updated timing

time. When the updated time is less than the passed accumulative time, the

heating output close immediately, the buzzer sounds four times.

• The method for changing control parameter

After press Set key over 4 seconds, find L[. Then press " ." or "~"key to

the upper displayer display 3.Again press the Set key to find the symbol

character for the needed parameter. Through press the "." or "~"key till the

upper row displays display the parameter needed is reached. Some

parameters may be setting at once. Press the Set key over 4 seconds the

instrument returned to the standard mode. If no key is press down the

instrument return to its standard mode after 1 minute.

• The function of the controller Auto- Tuning

After pressing ••••key 6 seconds the AT indicator flashes and the

auto-tuning press starts; after the end of auto-tuning the AT indicator then be

turned out. A set of PIO parameters can be got automatically for overcoming

temperature overshoot. The controller operates according to this set of PIO

parameters is working continuously.

In the period of auto tuning, if presses Shift key beyond 6 seconds the AT

indicator turn out and the auto tuning process is canceled. The instrument

operated according to the original PIO parameters.

usage condition to circulate periodically (general the quarterly degree) for
