· Puerto Rico – Bilingual Journeyman Carpenter and Apprentice Carpenter was placed for a 1 week assignment for retail remodeling & high-end fi nishing.

· Alaska (5 cities) & Hawaii (4 cities) - client requested 2 workers to assist with merchandising. MDT fi lled the order with the use of the iLabor ™ Network.

· San Diego, CA - MDT offi ce supplemented order for 140 workers. Client requested assistance with disaster clean-up on a cruise ship. The order was fi lled within 48 hrs utilizing 115 MDT workers in conjunction with 25 workers from the iLabor™ affi liate network.

MDT will also develop a custom training program to familiarize employees with your facility and their job duties prior to placement. Reporting

MDT will generate custom reports at your request. The graphic above is an actual section of a report MDT generated for a client at their request. The client had a high turnover rate on temporaries with a previous vendor and wanted to fi nd out why turnover was at such an elevated level. MDT started servicing the account and generated reports based on employee surveys and feedback provided from the client’s management. Although this is a small section of the report, the end result indicated that pay rate and headcount reduction were the leading causes of turnover. MDT suggested increasing the pay rate for temporary employees and have sucessfully kept turnover to a minimum and production levels to a maximum.
