luxury clubhouse by Chengdu wide horizons
FACT SHEETLuxeHills is an integrated residential community located about 20 minutes south of China’s
important western ‘gateway’ city of Chengdu, Sichuan Province.
Property Details:
Located in Shuangliu County south of Chengdu, LuxeHills International Community covers an area of about 660 acres of which about 49 acres is being developed. The estimated total investment for the project is about 484 million dollars. The project began in late 2003 and the estimated completion period is about 10 years.

DEVELOPMENT TEAM
To build a high quality international community and to introduce typical American-style housing to the
market, Chengdu Wide Horizon is using the professional services of seven American firms in California and
Hawaii for master planning, architectural, structural, landscape and interior designs:

OVERVIEW
Designed by Ryan Young Interiors & Dahlin Group Architects, LuxeHills Golf Clubhouse is a 69,000 square
foot luxury facility built within the international community of LuxeHills near the city of Chengdu, China.
The design elements of this clubhouse are created by a combination of natural materials evoking the
illusion of old, and utilizing transitional elements that enhance the functionality of each of the individual
spaces. Luxury amenities include a restaurant and formal banquet room, private VIP dining rooms and a
wine bar with state-of-the-art wine coolers. Also included are spaces for VIP golf rooms, a pro-shop,
health rooms and separate spas for men and women.
