Members have to call the respective Hotel Reservation

Department to check on the availability of rooms. Then, identify

yourself as calling from a FMM member company to enjoy the

FMM corporate rates. Members are advised to reconfirm the rates

with the hotel concerned when making reservation.

2 Fill up the FMM Hotel Reservation Request Form, fax it to the hotel

and keep a copy for check – in purposes. Ensure that your FMM

membership number is written.

3 Upon checking-in, present the FMM Hotel Reservation Request

Form to the Front Desk.

4 Bills are to be settled by the individual guest through acceptable

credit cards or by cash.
