Forbes’s innovative Cart & Caddy System combines process and equipment, to ensure e�cient distribution of amenities and supplies to guest rooms. Integrating a complementary fleet of Service and Supply Carts, universal and inter-changeable caddies are pre-loaded and distributed to re-fill Service Carts. Quantity, types and assortment of supplies and amenities can be pre-determined according to operational requirements.

By pre-determining, storing, loading and distributing supplies separately, room attendants can focus on providing room attendance services without the distractions of exhausted supplies and runs to replenish emptied caddies. Additionally, use of the Cart & Caddy System will allow for room attendance services to be met in a productive, e�cient and timely fashion.

The Cart & Caddy system o�ers the choice of Supply Rack and Supply Carts for re-supply purposes. The former is permanently positioned in the pantry, while the latter is a mobile unit that can double up as a replacement. Depending on specific needs and actual floor operational requirements, Service Carts may receive re-supplies from the Supply Cart, or at the pantry.

Finally, the Cart & Caddy System has been painstakingly conceptualised to o�er maximum functional versatility, e�ciency, ergonomics and user-friendliness. As with all other Forbes products, each component of the Cart & Caddy series is pre-dominantly constructed with aluminium and continental parts of superior quality.
