Sabri Pasayigit Architects has been continuing its

works and producing large scale projects such as

master plans, mixed use and urban transformations

since 2005, has a large portfolio in different

sectors such as residential, commercial, health and

education.

As one of the largest and renown architectural

practices in Turkey, we are working within a BIM

environment with our team of 100+ architects based

at our Istanbul Office.

The office has the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management

System and Certificate. As of October 2018, SP

Architects has been anounced as a Design Center

by the Turkish Ministry of Science, Industry and

Technology.

Our whole team is designed as small teams

that make up a large team. Every team

works on their project from concept to

construction drawings. Our creative team,

which is responsible for all the creative

process of the project presentations and

brand identitiy, is working with our business

development department and thanks to all

of these three main team, we are expanding

and developing day after day.

At the beginning of 2016, we founded SPAcademy to

adapt our team to BIM System for creating future-

ready projects and collaborated with Autodesk.

Today we provide architectural services from

concept to construction drawings by using Revit,

Dynamo, Navisworks, BIM 360. Analyzing the site

and climate conditions is the key factor to start a

sustainable project.

As an international office, who believes the power

of collaboration, we’ve been collaborating with the

local architectural offices and firms from different

sectors around the world. Since the beginning of 2019,

according to our development plan, we decided to

with TEK TO NIK Architekten, which is located in

Frankfurt, Germany. Currently we continue to design

different projects in Frankfurt.

The concept of the project has been

created and it has been decided

to design a 5-star hotel, luxurious,

innovative accomodation suited

to the region. It is also planned to

support Al Bustan Palace in order to

view point, so privacy was the main

company in the city of Kayseri, Turkey. Located at the center of Turkey’s industrial capitol Kayseri in Melikgazi district,

a great advantage in terms of commute. The edifice also has a direct view looking over Mountain Erciyes, the symbol

hotel rooms are oriented to the view and the structure is

historic facade of the old building is

preserved and its interiors are rebuilt.

In order not to disrupt the exterior

design, a cafeteria is designed at the

In 2014, the hotel in Trablus, the capital of Libya, designed

located is located in the corner. The hotel is planned

6 excecutıve rooms. There are 7 floors in Trippoli Hotel

which interior is designed with theme of being simple

and minimalist. Although, we got an graphıcal structure

from the design of facade which is design inspired of

the old city atmosphere of Trablus.

The facade of project is designed in dynamical form by

engagement of masses in different sizes. Special facade

materials are carefully chosen to support this dynamicity. All

the rooms at the hotel are planned with sea views. As there is

a slope on the land, 9 underground levels are planned at the

project. The eaves at the entrance also sustain the dynamic

view of whole structure.

Project Date2012

The decisive point is that the design of the project area is away

from the sea. There is almost no slope in the land. A ‘Biological

Pond’ which surrounds all volumes and used as an element

of the landscape and serves as well as the use of guests. The

Pond has self-cleaning feature thanks to the good bacteria and

plants and does not require the use of chemicals and offers

guests a completely natural habitat, is created. All the volumes

has been directed towards the Pond and their relationships has

been established in the design of this pond.
