Both Cancellation and Guarantee Policies will be set up by the Design Hotels Distribution Team upon

request. When specific policies are mentioned on a Rate Form, these will be set up and assigned to

the rate plan by Design Hotels for your convenience. You also have the option to independently assign

policies both on hotel and rate level. Please see the steps below.

Rate Overrides have the following effects:

o Overrides Base Rate for one or more nights

o Overrides any Floor/Ceiling Rates for Derived Rates

o Offsets are still applied from the season to the override rate

Navigate to “Rate Override” function and select:

Note 1: As a new feature when scrolling over the date to be overridden, that base rate and offset will

be automatically displayed in a popup window:

Select the stay restriction types and the restrictions levels you want to manage, for example close

Select “Apply” and all stay restrictions related to the chosen criteria will be displayed:
