How do I use the Real Appeal trackers? You have access to seven different trackers within Real Appeal (Progress, Weight, Exercise, Food, Water, My Plan, and Measurements). To access them, click “TRACKERS” under your name. The default tab that opens is the PROGRESS tab. Under the PROGRESS tab will be a chart of your weight, food, and activity for the past 7 days. There will only be data shown for these if you have entered data into the weight, exercise, and food tabs. You can adjust the graphs to display data for 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, or years to date.

How do I use the Real Appeal trackers?You have access to seven different trackers within Real Appeal (Progress, Weight, Exercise, Food, Water, My Plan, and Measurements).

If you scroll down the PROGRESS tab, you will see your “Weekly Analysis,” which displays your averages compared to your personalized weight maintenance calories for the week. “Your Average Bottom Line” tells you what you will need to do to lose the remaining weight. Below that, you will see “Your Totals” for the week. You will also see “Nutrition Highlights,” which

displays a red thumbs down or a green thumbs up, depending on whether you are meeting your “My Plan” goals.

The next tab is the WEIGHT tab, where you can adjust your weight for each day and view your Current Weight, BMI, Starting Weight, Target Weight, and Weekly Rate. These values can all be edited in the “My Plan” tab.

The next tab is EXERCISE tab, where you can enter any activity you have done for that day. Any data that you enter will be displayed in the graph and in the circle on the right side of the page.

When entering your exercise information, you will need to first describe the exercise, then click on either minutes or hours, then enter how many minutes or hours before saving the exercise. You can also add a custom exercise if you can’t find your exercise by searching for it. If you have a Fitbit or Jawbone registered with your account, any exercises you log with that device will appear under the Exercise tab.

The next tab is the FOOD tab, where you can enter your daily food consumption. If you search for a food item and it doesn’t appear, the “Make Recipe” function will allow you to enter all the food in your recipe. If you have the mobile app, you can scan the barcode and it will find the food or drink item you scanned.

The next tab is WATER, where all you need to do is click the water glass for each glass of water you drink. Each water glass equals 8 ounces.

The next tab is MY PLAN, where you can access all of your personal information about your weight and your “Plan Targets.”

Under the PLAN TARGETS section, you will see NUTRITION PLANNING, where you can customize your daily calories and calorie ratio. You can use the recommended amount of calories and calorie ratios OR you can change them.

The final tracker tab is MEASUREMENTS, which keeps track of your Body Weight, Basal Metabolic Rate, Body Mass Index, Blood Pressure Systolic/Diastolic, Resting Pulse Rate, Hip Size, Waist Size, Neck Circumference, Total Hours of Sleep, and Daily Steps Count. You can also add Bicep Size, Body Fat Percentage, Bone Weight, Calf Size, Chest Size, H2O Percentage, Lean Muscle Mass, Lean Muscle Percentage, Thigh Size, and Total Hours of Work.

You will have to manually enter most of these measurements, except for the ones that your Fitbit or Jawbone tracks.
