5 years service and protection for leather

Protexx service is only issued on new furniture. You will enjoy high-quality care products throughout the service period. You will receive a service certificate with each kit.

ATTENTION! Always check you have received the correct number of service kits. Example: if you buy a 2½ seater + 2 seater = 4½ seats (total). You should then receive service kits for a total of 5 seats. Half seats are rounded up to get the total. Each kit states how many seats it is suitable for.

Retain your purchase invoice for your furniture together with your service certificate for all service kits you have received. This is your service warranty card. The service warranty entitles you to get help and assistance from Protexx service throughout the service period.

If a stain occurs during the service period our Service Centre will be at your full disposal. They will assist and advise and where needed will make an appointment for a service specialist to visit you. Your furniture will be cleaned free of charge.

You will find details of how to contact us on your Protexx service certificate.

The agreement ends effective immediately in the following cases:

- Abuse, fraud or providing false information.- Product specific details like normal wear and tear of furniture*. * In the event that such complaints or stains occur, as a customer of Protexx we will

offer you the opportunity to have us resolve this at a 50% discount on the applicable repair or cleaning rates. These rates can be found at www.oranje-concepts.com. If technically feasible we will always attempt to find an appropriate solution.

Leather is a natural product. It exudes class, luxury and comfort. Depending on the finish, generally Leather is easy to care for and user friendly. Twice yearly treatment with a care product is all that is needed to keep your leather furniture in perfect condition.

A new piece of furniture is a costly item that you want to continue to enjoy for many years to come. Protexx protection gives you the assurance that your furniture will stay stain-free for the years to come.

The right choice! 5 years service for leatherWhen you buy furniture made of real leather together with Protexx service, you will receive the right number of service kits for the entire 3 year period. Regular use of our specially developed Protexx Leather Care & Protect will help protect your leather furniture (including from UV radiation) so that it retains its natural suppleness.

The stain services covers stains caused by:

Drink stains, such as: Coffee, tea and chocolate milk. Cola and fruit juice. Wine, beer and liquor.

Food stains, such as: Tomato sauce and gravy. Chocolate and marmalade. Ketchup and mayonnaise.

Stains caused by all excretions of humans and mammals, such as: Sweat Body oil. Blood. Urine. Vomit.

Other stains and damages: Stains caused by dyes in fabric, such as jeans. Stains caused by cosmetics, such as lipstick and nail polish. Stains caused by ballpoint pen, washable ink and glue. Adverse affects from the use of medication. Crackling effect. Burn marks and burn holes (applies only for leather). Bite marks from pets (single incident).

Attention! Protexx for leather is not valid on leather furniture with a brushed effect (e.g. Nubuck, Suede) or a finish from wax, oil or a combination of the above.
