Converted from a barn in late 1980’s the cottages have been designed to offer good

The properties will be offered for sale by Public Auction at 3pm on Wednesday 1st April 2020 (unless sold privately beforehand) at the Lakeland Livestock Centre, Cockermouth, CA13 0QQ (located just off the A66/A5086 roundabout on the outskirts of Cockermouth). The properties will be offered for sale as individual properties and as a whole subject to reaching an undisclosed reserve price. Please take note any guide prices given is not a reserve price. The vendors reserve the right to amend the particulars of sale at any time; not to accept any offer received, to withdraw from the sale or to sell privately at any time prior to the Auction.
