A little bit of personal history
From the beginning of my career I worked for the multinational companies, which recruited managers via agencies

… started from interview at recruitment agency

I felt myself what gets or doesn’t get the candidate at the recruitment agency

And the “Company’s face” for TOP manager becomes the agency

Will influence future positioning of the Company on the labor market

How it works?
During the search retainer acts nearly as a member of the Company’s team and properly communicates values and goals of the Company
So as retainer is temporary a member of Company’s team, the chain «client-candidate»becomes shorter
