This statistical report is based on the results gathered in the 2019 round of the NationalFederations Survey by the World Employment Confederation.
In total, 31 National Federation members of the World Employment Confederation have takenpart in this survey round.
The purpose of this survey is to inform the Head Office and Governance of the WorldEmployment Confederation about its members' structure and business model (e.g. size, providedservices), their capacity and resources to engage in various areas of interest (e.g. lobbying,provision of business support, data collection), their evaluation of current services provided bythe World Employment Confederation (e.g. advocacy, profiling the HR industry, best practicesand networking), as well as several other topics.
In effect, available resources can be allocated in a more efficient way to meet the needs ofmembers.
The Head Office of the World Employment Confederation thanks all its members for theirvaluable input.
