How the construction process works at SweetGrass -

The SweetGrass Stylebook and Design Guidelines set out the architectural styles and designs and the elements that comprise them that will allow SweetGrass to continue to develop as a timeless mountain community. The Stylebook cites three basic architec-tural styles—Old Blowing Rock Style, American Shingle Style, and Mountain Rustic Style, often combined with Adirondack Influences that will help you and your design/construction team through the Design Review process. Your design plans will include site and landscaping design. There is no minimum square footage requirement and you may hire the building contractor of your choice.
