HOW TO APPLY FOR PLANT CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT

• Please read and follow the instructions on the application exactly. Your ability to complete the application as requested will be evaluated and used as one basis for employment decisions. This document, when completed, will be used by the Plant City Police Department as an investigative aid.

• Print the application, one sided only. Two sided printing will not be accepted.

• Hand print clearly in black ink in your own handwriting.

• Complete the application in full. Answer every question. If a question does not apply to you, so state with “N/A.”

• Sign where indicated.

• Mail to or deliver in person ONLY to the Plant City Police Department or the Human Resources Office at City of Plant City Government office.
