Tools Needed

Application Steps I • Open & pour adequate number of bags ( each 9 kg ) into the mixing compartment of

the machine • Add sufficient amount of water & begin blending for 2-3 mins until you obtain a

homogeneous mixture • Machine capacities vary by make & model, yet, the principle remains the same: add 6-7

litres of water for each bag

Application Steps II • Start the machine & spray the plaster between the guides until you reach 1,5 cm

thickness as the first layer

Application Steps III

• Continue horizontally, until the first layer’s adhesion is strong enough to establish a cross-link with the surface

• Then continue to spray until you reach the desired thickness; allow sufficient time between layers so that the latter layer bonds with the former

Finishing

• Remove the guides & fill cavities manually with the mixture

• Smoothen the surface via thickness gauge

How does the finished surface look like? • Usually, textured finish is preferred • This is a natural finish & on the surface, there a small granules • Painting can be done after 4-5 days, when the plaster completely gets dry • Alternatively, you may prefer not to paint; it is also possible
