Download the file on your computer, I would suggest that you send it to the Desktop

On Windows based computer it may say "Save Target As..."

Now find the saved audio file on your desktop

The icon you see lets you know that it is an Mp3 file that will play in iTunes

Go to Apple Itunes Website and either download for a Mac or Windows based

computer

Click on the Download Button and Follow Instructions either for Mac or Windows based Computer

Go to the Playlists and create a file called "Learning and Living"

The + Button at the bottom right is what you press to create a new file

Create a file that is called "Learning and Living"

Now you are set up to go to www.learningandlivingtheword.com

Now drag the file on the desktop into the "Learning and Living" file that you created

in your iTunes account
