UTILIZING TSBVI’S AUDIO DESCRIPTION

ZELLO CHANNEL STEP 1: Download and Install the Zello App To begin, download the Zello app on your Apple iOS device (iPhoneor iPod Touch) or Google Android device. If you have a QR code reading application on your device (either iOS or Android), you can scan the codebelow to begin the download: Scan this code with your device (if you have a QR reading app installed on

your device) to begin your Zello download. If your device does NOT have a QR code reader, Zello is available through both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store on your device.

STEP 2: Creating a Zello account. After you have installed Zello, open the app. You will be prompted to either log in to Zello if you have an account with them already, or to set up a new

account if you do not. Select “I don’t have Zello account” to create a new account. Select “I already have Zelloaccount” to log into Zelloif you do have anexisting account. Input the username,password, and emailaddress you wish to usefor your Zello account and hit “Done”.

STEP 3: Setting up your Zello Profile

After you’ve created a login and signed into your new Zello account, youwill have the option to enter in more information about yourself. You can enter in that information or skip this step and go straight to your new Zello account.

You can enter in your profile details at this time, or skip this step and enter them in later.

STEP 4: Adding the TSBVI Audio Description Channel Now you are ready to search for and connect to the TSBVI AudioDescription Channel. After you move on from the profile page, you will see you

Select “Channels” from the menu. From the “Channels” screen, select “Add channel”. On the “Add Channel” screen, select “Find a channel” From the “Find a channel screen” select the search bar and search “TSBVI”.

STEP 5: Connecting to the TSBVI Audio Description Zello Channel Once you have found the TSBVI Audio Description channel, simply selectthe channel, and click “Add” to add it to your channels. You are now able to listen to the descriptive audio for our current event.

Select the TSBVI Audio Description channel.

Select “Add” to add it to your channels and begin listening.

If you see this screen, you have successfully set upa Zello account and connected to the TSBVI Audio Description channel. You will be greeted by our channel intro to let you know audibly that you haveconnect to the correct channel.
