Grab a bowl and put it on a flat surface

Grab some cereal

Pour the cereal into the bowl

Get some milk

Pour some of the milk into the bowl

Grab some topping (I recommend sugar)

Using a scooping action place the spoon into the topping container and pull it out

it should have topping on it

Carefully move the spoon in your hand towards the cereal

Once over the bowl tip the spoon up side down so the topping lands on the cereal

Using the same spoon and scooping action as before scoop up some cereal

Gently move the spoon towards your mouth

Open your mouth

Put the big end of the spoon into your mouth and close your mouth on top of it

Keeping your mouth closed slide the spoon out

Chew and swallow the cereal

Repeat these steps until there is no cereal left in the bowl.*

If you have extra milk left in the bowl drink it like a cat…
