HOW TO FILL ONLINE APPLICATION FORM BEFORE FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING THINGS READY

1) Photograph taken on or after 21st March, 2016 as JPEG image maximum size 50 KB.

2) Digital Signature (Scanned) as in JPEG image maximum size 30 KB. MODE OF PAYMENT OF FEE FOR UPMT-2016 WILL BE THROUGH FOLLOWING METHODS:-

1) Online Payment through Credit/Debit Card/Internet Banking. 2) Offline Payment through e-challan generated after filling the application form on any branch of Allahabad Bank.

STEP WISE PROCEDURE FOR FILLING THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM:-

(1) Type "www.hnbumu.ac.in" in your web browser's address bar. (2) Click on the link "UPMT-2016 Entrance Exam - Apply online". (3) The following screen will be appear :

(4) If you are registered candidate click on "APPLY ONLINE" link, the following screen will be appear :

New candidate click here for registration.

Registered candidate click here to apply online.

(5) If you are a new user click on "CANDIDATE REGISTRATION" link, the following screen will be appear :

(6) After Proceed the following screen will be appear :

Click I Accept to proceed.

Click here to proceed.

Fill the required details and LOGIN.

(7) After SUBMIT a verification code will be send to entered mobile number and the following screen will be appear (If the mobile number is not registered) :

(8) If you enter the correct verification code you will redirect to your UPMT-16 Home page :

Fill the required details and submit.

Enter the verification code received on your mobile number and submit.

(9) You have to follow the following steps to complete your online application form submission.

(10) Click on "FILL APPLICATION FORM" the following screen will be appear :

From Home page you can check your application status.

(1). Fill application form.

(2). Pay Fees.

(3). Print application form.

Fill all the * fields

(11) After submitting online application you have to pay the fees by clicking on "PAY FEES" link :
