How to fill Vyapam form through MPOnline
1. Go to www.mponline.gov.in
2. Click on Citizen Services.

3. Click on Vyapam under Application.

4. Click on Particular Exam.
Say Master of Computer Application Entrance and Management Entrance Test – 2010

5. Read the instructions carefully and click on Continue.
6. Click on OK to agree that you have red the instructions.

7. Form will appear, fill the form carefully and click on Continue.

8. Photo Signature Template will appear, click on Print.
(If it doesn’t appear, follow the link given in form)

9. Select the Printer attached to your computer and click on print.
10. Paste your passport size photograph and sign below it.
11. Scan the photograph and signature and save it as JPEG image.

12. Click on Browse to select the Photograh Signature Template.

13. Select saved JPEG iamge and click on Open.

14. Click on Continue.

15. Please do note Down your Online Application No. and Form No.

18. Select printer attached to your computer and click on print.

19. Check the form carefully, read the instructions and click on Proceed to Payment.
20. Click on OK to agree that you have red the instructions.

21. Select the mode of Payment and click on GO.
Payment can be made through either Credit Card (Master or Visa of any Bank) or
Online Debit Facility ie. Net banking or Debit Card (Only of SBI).

22. In case of Credit Card, check the amount and click on Confirm Payment.

23. Enter the Credit Card details and click on Pay.
24. Reference number will be displayed, please note it down for future reference.

27. You will be redirected to chosen Bank, check the amount and click on Submit.

and Password and click on Submit.

32. You can take duplicate print of the form and can also pay for unpaid application from “Pay
now for Unpaid Application / Check Application Status”.

33. Enter Online Application No. and Date of Birth.

36. Click on Print to take the duplicate print and click on Proceed to Payment to pay for the
application.
37. Continue to see page 17 after clicking Proceed to Payment.
