1. Send CIAO a copy of your Star Program Certificate from Oncology Rehab
There is a link to your completion certificate in the email with your STAR Program Test Score

4. Click the Checkout button
5. Sign-In or Create a New Account Returning Customers: Enter your email address and password. Click Sign In
If you do not remember your password, try using our default, ciaotemp. If that doesn’t work click the forgot password link to get yours emailed
New Customers: Click on Create New Account.

6. Returning Customers – please verify/update all of your information. New customers – please fill in all required fields to set up your CEU account with CIAO
You will be asked to create a password so you can log-in to complete the CEU process and print your certificate.
Enter the same password in both the password box and the verify password box.
Click Continue
7. Add or modify Facility Information
Click Update Facility
8. Confirm course(s) and click Continue

10. Final Recieipt - Click to continue
11. Click Return to Home Page
You are now registered and ALMOST done. A receipt will be emailed to you.
How to Log-In and get your CEUs
12. On our home page, enter your email and password and click LogIn (use the email and password you created above)
13. Click the course title to enter course
9. Enter credit/debit payment and click Continue

14. Click “OK” when this box pops up:

15. Click the Test link to answer 2 quick questions (required)
16. Click the Evaluation link to complete the evaluation (required)
17. Click the Certificate link to print your CEU Certificate (Nurses - see note below)
18. SLPs who want ASHA CEUs can click the Bubblesheet link, confirm or update the information and put check mark in the “Report to ASHA” box.
NURSES –
Complete steps 1-16 above. Do not print the CEU Certificate from our website.
You will receive a CEU Certificate via email.
Certificates are emailed once a week on Monday
Oncology Rehab Partners has received CE Approval through Alabama State Nurses Association, an ANCC Accredited CE Approver. Upon completion of the steps listed above you will receive a separate CE Certificate via email. The emailed certificate is what your State Board and/or ANCC will require if audited. Please allow up to 7 days to receive emailed certificate.
