Look for nice local hotel deals a mere 15 or 25 km from your home. Make a family booking for two weeks. This is close enough that you can still go to work half day or if you really need to, a bit more, but come “home” to a different and relaxing environment. This way your family gets time away and a holiday. It already removes a lot of pressure from you, giving you some stress relief. Just being in a place where people serve you and look after your needs takes a lot of stress away from you.

If you cannot leave for an extended period of time, take 4 shorter long weekends. Leave the Friday morning before work and return Monday night. It will give you 16 days of time off without you risking losing your business.
