How to make a
4 EASY STEPS
Pour 10 fl oz (295mls) skimmed dairy milk/ coconut milk/
soya milk/ almond milk into blender
One
TwoAdd protein powder and blend for
up to 20 seconds
ThreeAdd whatever other ingredients you
like for example greek yoghurt, almonds, fruit such as berries,
apples, banana
FourrAdd some ice cubes and blend all
together for up to 60 seconds, slowly at first.
Switch off, pour and enjoy!
